Liked the waffles at breakfast and the all day coffee and hot water, the indoor pool was a decent size for my son to swim. The area where this hotel is nice, Publix close by as well as restaurants and shopping.

The outside balcony areas would have been nicer if the view was better, the balcony with the grill basically faces the parking lot and a building. I called to verify that there was a stove in the room, when I got there, no stove, asked at the desk and she brought out a cooktop with a tiny pan about the size to cook 1 egg. So don;t count on cooking a full meal

Everything was great! The children enjoyed the pool and I loved the fact that I could do laundry on the same floor and it was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and sound proof, I couldn't hear the commotions in the hallway like other hotels. The beds were comfortable unlike others that are always lumpy.And lastly the staff were pleasant on approach and efficient.

The staff was nice and friendly. Good location near food and shops Although don't usually stay at hotels that allow pets, it was clean, I didn't smell or hear any barking from any of the dogs.

There was oy one working elevator. After read other reviews apparently it has been down for a while so it was a bit of a wait to get on an elevator at times.

The location was great. The room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Lots of places to get food nearby. Definitely would stay again.

Chose this hotel because it offered indoor pool and EV charging. Pool was ice cold and the EV parking is not marked Reserved so gas cars were parked in spots. Desk clerk David was extremely helpful called every room until he found owners.

Good Location for parks and downtown, plenty of parking at the hotel location. The hotel breakfast is one the best we've seen in a long time. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room and the availability of having a small kitchen.

We only have one issue with the cleanliness of the room, a very minor issue. It didn't make a difference in the overall stay at the hotel.

All the staff were wonderful. From front desk, to housekeeping. We brought our 2 new puppies and all the staff greeted them and did not make us feel unwelcome or unwanted due to have baby dogs. Breakfast was amazing everyday. The location was great for everything. We were close to river street and city. We enjoyed our trip very much and if we are back in savannah I will absolutely stay here again.

The location of the registration desk and the fact that I wasn't given any information about how to find registration beforehand. Soap scum on body wash and shampoo dispenser. Sink faucet loose and shower faucet crooked. Lack if breakfast items selections.

The covered parking on the ground floor protected our sun for Savannah"s summer heat.. I like the size and facilities of the room.

not much variation for breakfast, I'm watching my carbohydrate intake , so I can only eat the eggs. A couple of plates were still dirty when I selected them.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pro tip: always use spray on the waffle maker lol.

There were kids in the room above us running at top speed and jumping off every surface possible into the late nights. Not the hotel's fault but it was a real aggravation. The handrail in the shower is placed vertically instead of horizontal. WATCH YOUR ELBOWS.

Staff was amazing, specially April. She was helpful, kind, and professional. In addition, the location was great; Publix and Freshmarket around the corner. The hotel is approximately 10/15 minutes away from the Savannah’s Historic Downtown; it’s a straight drive from the hotel (down Abercorn St).
