Savannah Garden Hotel

The location had been updated since my last visit a few years ago and I was extremely pleased with everything. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay and will definitely choose this location again for my next trip!

It could have had a bigger parking lot. The cars were crammed into small spaces making it difficult to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle. There also weren’t any elevators so I had to haul my stuff up 3 flights of stairs.

The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was very spacious and we'll worth the money. Right next to a busy road but also in the middle of anything you could need. Only stayed overnight before getting back on the road and will definitely stay again.

Three flights of stairs are rough with a lot of luggage so if you're lucky you may get a first floor room but decent view from 3rd floor.

Older facility but great price clean and quiet. No hot water the first night. But I think that was more my timing than the hotel fault but great hot water on second night. If I was going to pick apart every little thing it wouldn't be fair to a sub $60 a night motel. Will definitely be staying again

Small TV.... Picture quality sucked, but that's a signal issue not TV. Free WiFi worked great though.

The room was cleaned every day Staff was pleasant and courteous Bed was comfortable Rates were great Less than 5 miles from River Street

Air conditioner could have been a little colder but all in all it kept the room comfortable for July in Savannah

The staff is friendly and helpful the housekeeping were spot on and on top of their job and not pushy!! Other than the fact you are not allowed visitors everything was reasonable and peaceful ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍🅰️➕💎👙🛍️💰💳💸🥇🏅🎖️🏆🎈🎊🎉🎉🎊🎊🎉

Website says free breakfast when there is actually no breakfast and no coffee definently should offer coffee or coffee maker

I stay there a lot and it’s convenient for me to get to work when I stay in town and it’s comfortable.

The staff are usually nice especially the guy is very friendly and courteous. the lady at night she’s usually friendly and helpful but she wasn’t this time. I preferred a room on the bottom the last time she was able to change it. this time she didn’t want to. My friend asked about extra pillows was told they didn’t have none and she hung up in his face while he was talking to her

Comfortable bed, clean, easy access to restaurants for breakfast next morning

Room on the small side, needed a little more attention to maintenance (shower head had been moved and a hole was left in the wall where it had been removed, door on the closet wouldn't latch completely)

I liked that the hotel was nearby Mall and Shopping Centers. The area was peaceful. I got a good night sleep without any interruptions. The room was nice and clean. I highly recommend.

I don't think I would change anything about the night stay. The shower had a few curly hairs left on the walls, but nothing major that water could not rinse away.

Great location and clean room

The booking process. We had to provide our credit card 3 different times and although we had a booking they couldn’t see it when we checked in which delayed the process

The room was clean, they could have put a couple more towels in there. The staff was nice. We had a great experience for the most part.

2 regular towels and 2 bath cloths was all that was in the room.
