Comfort Inn Savannah

I like the location. Easy to get to everything so I guess we paid for convenience.

The grounds and lobby are nice. When you get into the elevator and rooms you are reminded of how old the hotel, rooms and elevators are . Elevator is not the cleanest! And there is a trash can that is so filthy at the elevator that has been there the six years I've been staying there I don't want to touch. I stay for the convenience and the rooms are clean. The furniture is old like the sofa's and chair. Some need to be really cleaned. The prices have gone up but nothing up graded. All in all the hotel served it's purpose.

We loved the king suite we had booked, very comfortable and lots of room. Hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was better than the brown paper bag we had at the previous hotel but not as good as they used to be pre-pandemic. Large central breakfast area with plenty of seating. Three floors, all rooms open towards the central area and look down to the breakfast area. Glass door elevator. Breakfast is cereal, toast, mini doughnuts, yogurt, waffles and sausage, juice, coffee. Grocery store nearby, Dairy Queen next door which we discovered as we left. Nicely landscaped with shady trees. Staff was friendly. When we came back after a day exploring Savannah, the bed was freshly made and fresh towels in bathroom. Totally unexpected but very nice!

The juice was watered down. Would have appreciated an end table by the sofa.

Everything was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good with lots of different options, the facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. A bonus is that it's near everything- down the street from the mall and across the street from a shopping center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. It's also just about 10 minutes from downtown. I would stay here again on my next trip to Savannah.

I have no complaints. My stay was lovely!

Large room, clean and comfortable bed for the most part. Issues with pillows. I know why you use the standard pillows. Just feel that you get a king-size bed. You should get king-size pillows, not standard size pillows. You rolled over and rolled off the pillow into the crack of a pillow.

We could not get the a/c unit to go lower than 74°. The light switch on the wall next to the door did not work hard to fine our way to another light.

our room from booking.com was in the very top floor in the far back corner, didn't hear a sound, other than like 1 or 2 times from form the staircase

upon entering a couple was arguing with the front desk im not sure who was in the wrong or choosing sides but im not sure what upset them in the first place.... WIFI SUCKS!!!!! DID A SPEED TEST AND IT WAS 1+ MBPS which is very bad

Staff was very nice, housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room....We looked for tip envelope for housekeeping but did not see one so we bought a card and left tip for housekeeping.

We did ask for brochures and suggestions for restaurants when we booked for our 25th wedding anniversary, they were not provided, but the staff make verbal suggestions and helped us find our way around. The Breakfast was disappointing, eggs tasted like they were powdered, but that was the only part of our stay that was not good.

Andrew at the front desk is awesome. he was efficient and friendly.

The king suite was a bit outdated and there was rust on things like the sprinkler system. Cleaning was a bit minimal because I found clothing from a past guest under the bench in the bedroom. I just tossed the item in the trash.

The staff was nice and checkin was smooth and easy.. the size of the room was amazing and very unexpected.. very clean for the most part. I will most definitely be coming back and requesting the same size room. I truly appreciate and enjoyed my stay.

The building it self could use some updating, and the elevator was a lil questionable. Did really care to much for the crowd of people I had to was past to be able to get to my room, but really wasn’t a outrageous them to complain about.

The room was very nice - bed was comfortable. The only thing I would have improved upon was the breakfast. Also, did not like the fact that there were men in the parking lot every night we were there, sitting on the tailgates of their trucks and cooking in the parking lot. Did not make my daughter or me feel comfortable.

This is my go-to hotel for savannah trips 2x a year or so. Always quiet and comfortable. Front desk and hotel staff are fantastic and patient.

No drain stoppers for the tub even at front desk. As a disabled person who requires a sit down bath, this is a bit inconvenient. My only other issue was that our lights kept flickering, but Otherwise everything else was great as always!
