staff was very pleasant and cheerful. the room and public areas were clean. The bed was very comfortable
No complaints really. The elevator broke on Sunday, while we were there. They were working on it on Monday, while we were preparing to leave. Heavy suitcases from the 3rd floor down the stairs was not fun.

Everything! Especially the front desk staff which filled my every request with a smile.
Absolutely nothing thst the hotel was responsible for. Someone had children that dropped a bunch of Chips by the back door and inside entry. They could have at least let the front desk know or God forbid....pick up their own mess. Not the properties fault. Nice room, nice price, excellent staff!

The location of this hotel was perfect! Within 20 miles of grocery stores, gas stations downtown Savannah, food, mall, and attractions.
The shower! The tub was very difficult to stand in. It was way to curved and killed my ankles to stand.

I loved the room it was so spacious and comfy. The bed was complete and my room was just across from the elevators. I loved it .
The TV could have been a little bigger because of the size of the room. And the carpet needs to be cleaned.

Bathroom had huge crack in the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. However when we reported it, we were quickly moved to a different room.

We had auto trouble on the road, so we weren't expected, just showed up, arrived and greeted extremely professionally, then checked in so early, room just cleaned. It was approx 1pm, room dog us so happy
Make sure "cinnamon " batter for waffles available at all laquinta....we're spoiled now, because of savanna.
