Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Savannah Midtown

Probably the best handicap bathyse have stayed in in midtown Savannah. Easy shower access . Proper shower heads . Appropriate seating . Plenary of stable handle bars.

No rooms cleaned unless you stay 5 days . Blame it on COVID but we ride elevators together, we eat together… Almost terrible breakfast but they all are . Toast and cereal with nice staff is as good as it gets anywhere. Lastly, the room needed a chair and there was plenty of space for a chair . There was a rolling desk chair but their should have been a stationary sit down chair where you could put your shoes on or watch TV .

Parking was easy, Breakfast was great and enough.

It was nice to have some hot options for breakfast. It was also nice that there were some low calorie options.

Please buy sliced bagels. I am temporarily experiencing a severe problem with my right knee and had a hard time with the low toilets. I think every hotel should put the higher toilets in all of their rooms. No one asked me about my handicaps when I booked or checked in. I was unhappy that I was only able to access my room by climbing the 5 steps from the garage. I met another couple in the garage that was also having some problems with the steps there.

The hotel was nice and clean. I would mostly definitely booked with them again.

I didn't like the fact that they only have one meat option for breakfast and need more waffle makers to speed things up.

The property was very clean and modern. The parking garage is attached to the hotel so when you park you can just go into your floor. No need to carry the luggage down and then back up the elevator. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms are very comfortable and big. We loved staying there. We would use this hotel again when we visit Savannah. We usually stay at the Fairfield Inn in Orlando when we go for a short stay.

I asked them to change one of the beds in the room and they forgot and sent someone around 9pm when we returned from our outing.

Room was quiet, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the art work behind the lobby counter!!!

I checked in late and was told my room had been cancelled. Since I was charged for the night, I'm not sure why it was cancelled, The check in staff was not rude but did not seem to understand why I was irritated. I saw nothing in the confirmation that stated I could not check in late.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. OMGOODNESS! Can we talk about the shower? The shower was so soothing that I didn’t want to get out. Actually, I think I stayed in the shower for about 30 minutes. 😉

The only downfall was the view from our room. I asked for a room with a nice view for my 80 yr. old Mother and our view from the 7th floor was the parking lot. 😟 This is the only thing I can think of that we were dissatisfied with.

the rooms were a good size, the hotel was very clean, it was very convenient to be able to park on the same floor as my room, the staff was very friendly and polite.

the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

Great area. In minutes of everything. I love the walk in shower . The water felt so good I didn’t wanna get out

That you have to pay $12.00 a day to park at a hotel that you have already paid for so I feel like parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel .

The hotel was wonderful,the staff was helpful and loved getting assistance with luggage to the room. Nice and roomy and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was cold and not good at all. We didn't even eat the breakfast the second morning. We also didn't like that they didn't mention that there was going to be a different charge for a hold on the card.
