The bathrooms need updating. I know that you are remodeling the lobby but guest spend the most of their time in the room and they should be up to date. Tub needs reglazed, room needs repainting, and the mattress on the bed was way too hard. Carpet needs changing as well. It felt sticky and not clean.

Easy check in and pleasant clerk who gave us a typed list of restaurants with location. King size room with couch was very clean and linens very fresh. Excellent value for price of room and location. I was expecting less but got more. Clean breakfast area. Typical breakfast, but good coffee machine.

Personally, I think there should just be walk in showers - the tubs are hazards and there should always be a grab bar on the wall of the shower as well as on the wall next to the shower. This issue is something I have with all of these chain hotels...who needs a bath? also showers would be cleaned more easily.

The staff was very friendly and Mrs. Cindy was a charm. Very helpful and I love her upbeat personality. When I met her. I knew I was going to have a great vacation.

The condition of the property. It felt like it was an older hotel but the staff made up for it because Ms. Cindy was so nice and sweet. I was very pleased with housekeeping too.

Room size was abundant. Breakfast was excellent and the girl caring for the breakfast did an awesome job. The checkin process was good and the fella at the desk was super friendly.

Could have used a luggage rack near the back door. The rooms were 7/10 on cleanliness. Attention to detail was not evident. The everyday stuff was OK but details like dusting the door hinges and under the bathroom counter had not been done in a while.

Front desk friendliness and courtesy. Samantha was a darling lady to welcome us. Cleanliness and quality of keeping everything upto standards.

It wS a nice pleasant stay over all. Please keep it to this level. It was beyond expectations. My second visit to Savannah hopefully, Will definitely want to stay here again.

I liked how caring the Assistant Manager was and how he showed he really cared about you being happy while staying at the hotel. My stay was very relaxing and peaceful, the rooms are nice and cozy and very clean. The Assistant Manager Eddie Grayson is amazing!! He was very caring and helpful in every way he made my stay very pleasant he went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable and happy staying. The breakfast attendant was very nice as well I didn't get her name but you'll know her from her friendly smile and her sweet personality. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at you wine brew disappointed

I didn't like how rude the front desk clerk was upon checking in, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by showing up, she was sitting in her car and when I came inside she got out her care and approached me saying ugh are you checking in, I felt unwanted and almost left.

The lobby was gorgeous, and spotless clean. We had a queen suite, which was bright, spotless, and ample size, sleeping 5 of us comfortably.

Two things were bothersome; the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. We weren't told this when we checked in. Also, we had a late arrival (230am), with a car full of kids, had been driving all day and still had an 18 hr ride ahead of us. When I explained this to the overnight clerk, and asked for a late (12pm, 1 hr later than usual) checkout, he said "I can't do that on a saturday", and his tone was one of annoyance.

Room was nice. Hot water was scalding hot, unlike other hotels where you have to turn the knob all the way up to get hot water, this room you barely had to turn the knob to get it hot, hot! Bed was extremely comfortable.

People staying in the room above me had heavy footsteps. Would have loved bacon on the breakfast bar, but all that was offered was sausage.

Everything was good. Chealsie, The little lady that checked us in was so great, she had the most awesome smile and she was smiling the whole time, so nice, helpful and friendly. She deserves her props. The bed was good, it was clean, the air worked well, the refrigerator worked great, over all a great stay.

The other guest. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you don't have home training I don't think you should be staying at other people's property. They were leaving their trash all over the place, spilling food in the floor and leaving it, just pure crazy.

Mrs. Samantha was by far the best front desk associate I've EVER had !!! We decided to book another night and she was pleased to assist us. Even after her computer had kicked her off 5-6 times she still had a smile and we joked back and forth. Definitely recommend a raise for her 👍🏼 Very clean and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
