Staff very pleasant.Room very clean.
Front Deak,not very pleasant.I don’t remember him saying hello. He only wanted my ID. Also my Credit card. I asked why he needed my credit card when my room was already paid for. He said that was the policy. I did give him my American Express and he charge $100.00. That it would be credits in a couple of days. Also Carpet was raggedy when you walked in the room. (room 211.)

it’s cheap clean and easy to check in
when I checked out a girl who was behind the counter tried to keep my deposit she lied saying it takes up to 5-7 business days but once I told her that’s a lie she literally clicked a button and my deposit hit my account

Room was easily accesible. Convenient Parking was readily available. The shower in the room was very nice. Staff were polite and very helpful.
Breakfast was unavailable. Hotel was a little difficult to spot from the road without assistance from GPS.

it was close to the highway - easy check-in - very clean and comfortable.
I would have liked to have a bathtub in the room but the shower was very nice. It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast but understand that with Covid things are suspended ..

The location was great. There was no breakfast served due to COVID-19 restrictions. The sign said.
They said they were short staffed, and we had to put our trash and towels out in the hallway, to help out.

Really comfortable and spacious room in a nice area. The staff was very nice, specially Hena who helped me incredibly well to resolve an issue. So, really grateful! Great option for Savannah visitors

We could hear the people in the room above us walking at 6:00 a.m. then there was loud banging noises similar to furniture being moved.

A little outdated and a little musty smell throughout the hotel.. probably just needs to be aired out
