Best Western Premier I-95 Savannah Airport/ Pooler West

Location was perfect Price was feasible

Night staff could have been more helpful. Adults from a Little League baseball team drinking and playing cornhole in the lobby with unattended children running around the lobby and pool area at midnight. Unnecessary noise People smoking in nearby rooms when there's a no-smoking policy.

the breakfast was awesome.... loved it!!!! main reason i choose this hotel was b/c of the breakfast reviews and i was NOT disappointed... it was fabulous !!! the room was so nice too... it had those vinyl hard wood floors & no carpet... there is nothing worse than disgusting carpet in hotel rooms... BW was smart when they did these floors.... just loved them....the staff was pleasant and informative. the proximity to downtown Savannah was good too... it could have been a travel nightmare if we would have stayed downtown... can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

the air conditioning in the elevators did not work for some odd reason? wi-fi went done for about 30 min.. the front desk said the router had to be re-booted nothing major - minor stuff

We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel. We liked the no carpet on the room floor. The room was very clean and nice.

We were there for several days and housekeeping did not bring any clean towels. We had to ask once we saw them in the hallway.

The staff at the front desk were awesome. Breakfast was awesome .The awesome lady in the breakfast area was great and friendly.

The housekeeper Donna gave her a 20 dollar tip to clean our room. Not only did she not clean, we returned to our room to little paper on the roll and no shampoo. I had to call the front desk. The lady that came up cleaned our floor and restocked our toilet paper and shampoo.I guess at 56, I still live in the old days that housekeeping means cleaning not just dropping off Clean towels and making a bed. Still loved the staff and the hotel.

This may be the cleanest hotel in the Savannah area. The rooms were nice, some with a great view of the beautiful forest area in back. The pool is open and clean. There are MANY food options nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and changed frequently (go early for the best selection.) However, the very best thing about this hotel are the people. Tina and Sherry are my new favorite people. I cannot say enough about how awesome these women are. Beyond that, practically everyone working here are the kindest people! THIS IS THE HOTEL TO PICK!

The hotel was reasonably priced, close to everything we wanted and was easy to get in and out of. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. The people were very friendly. I feel that some of the more negative reviews may be due to some people comparing this hotel to much more expensive options. For the price paid, this was a wonderful place to stay and to be honest I don't know that we really would have gotten much better even with a higher price tag. This place was great

The rooms were large and comfortable, the bed was nice, the breakfast bar had a nice selection of items, and staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to other restaurants and the freeway exit.

There is no view to speak of, and staff would not allow breakfast dishes to be taken up to the room. They're also seem to be a lack of toiletries available as we had no shampoo or soap in the room and luckily we had brought our own. The housekeepers also did not restock these items, and I did not see any on their carts, so I'm guessing it is a supply chain issue.

I didn’t get to try breakfast as we had to be at the dance competition by 6:30 a.m.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I wanted to go back in my room and relax for about an hour before I checked out, but when I got to my room, they had already stripped the beds and all and so I didn’t feel comfortable trying to relax with sheets in the floor. I would suggest that even though people do not answer the door when they knock, if the keys have not been turned in that maybe they plan to return like I did. Checkout as I understand was at 12 so I feel like they shouldn’t have gone in until after that hour had passed.

The hotel was very beautiful as well as the staff was kind!

The pool was not open also it was very small enough but I know that's not the employee's fault! Our air conditioner did not work when we arrived in the room and we had to repack! The manager on duty was so kind he transfer us into another room...
