Embassy Suites Savannah Airport

the room was big and comfortable. the breakfast was really good considering it was free. no long wait and the staff was friendly. And they are so close to the outlet mall and airport.

the indoor pool was not clean at all and the hot tub area was closed off. the vending machines were all out of order. and the store was closed by 10 so if you want a drink you will have to leave the hotel. and the fridge froze our lift overs :'(

Breakfast average, grits were like grits soup. Way too watery. Facilities were fine.

The complimentary happy hour was a joke. The server didn't listen to order requests, the drinks were very skimpy (worst I've ever seen). She gave generous drinks to certain people. I observed from sitting at the bar. She and her supervisor were physically cozy with. This was very unprofessional.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The outlets were close and there was a variety of great restaurants to choose from within miles of the hotel. Our room was clean, the breakfast area included an omelette chef, and all of the staff were courteous and accommodating. There was also an Imax movie theatre across the street from the hotel.

Beautiful property. The complementary happy hour was awesome and the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. They have made to order food. But, what really makes this place shine is the staff. they are friendly and accommodating. The woman who works at the restaurant on the evening shift is AMAZING! I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic!

It was a little pricy.

The hotel was placed near the highway for good egress and ingress. The amenities were top notch!!!

There was a bit of confusion with what time breakfast started and what time it ended. We heard 2 different times from 2 different hotel clerks, even the sign that was up stated the wrong times for breakfast. So naturally we missed it because on Monday morning the cutoff time was 9am and not 10am as we were told. But those things were minor.

Very convenient location next to Savanah Airport. Big rooms and nice variety of food for breakfast

Had a problem with staff; once I got into my room; we needed toilet tissue ; I requested it @5pm and by 9pm ; still none ; so I had to run back out to the Walmart and go ahead and purchase some; I called the next morning to the front desk to complain ; the lady was very rude!!! I also spoke with a housekeeper prior to going to Walmart. And she was nice but never gave me any toilet tissue ; she said she wasn’t the housekeeper for my room on that floor. So needless to say. I paid too much for a nice room for the weekend. And couldn’t get tissue.

The ambiance was great in the Lobby and in the room. The room Was clean to an extent and Great for just a group of friends.

The only issue was that the lighting was Lacking and the pull out couch was very dirty, there were old sheets on the Pull out couch

Check Out Is At 12pm & Someone Opened Our Door At 10:45am & Slammed It When They Heard Someone Still In There.. After My Friend Left .. The Housekeeper Asked My Friend Was Someone In There .. They Told Her Yes.. & At 11:15am He/She Opened The Door again .. No Knock At All.. Do not disturb Sign Was On The Door.. I Had To Yell That I Was In Here.. Other Than That I Love This Hotel…

The room was spacious and the facilities were beautiful. Comfortable beds/walk in shower was nice but a little outdated inside the shower. Overall great facilities inside the building and the rooms.

Breakfast was not what we expected. Little disappointed about that since that is the reason we chose this hotel. Coffee was very strong too. Only went for breakfast for one day. We stayed there for 3 nights.
