Great location, had a smoking room that didnt stink like cigarettes so thats a plus, whatever I needed I could arrive with 5 to 10 mins from the hotel. Bed was comfortable. I also loved the bathroom vanity mirror and light

Bathroom is very small and the door is thin tou can hear whatever is going on in the hallway

The location was convenient to get to places as such as the outlet and restaurants

Our toilet was a little bit dirty we had to wipe it down when we first entered our room

Staff was very friendly, and our puppy had a very enjoyable time. Despite being close to the interstate, the hotel itself was fairly quiet.

The strong smell of cleaning products and air freshener gave me a bit of a headache, but it was understandable since dogs stay for free.

Breakfast was better that most. The lobby area had the appearance of a five-star hotel, and this facility appears well-kept, with some exceptions. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

In my room, the ironing board had to be used to keep the bathroom door closed. (A little attention to the striker plate would be helpful.) Dirt & mold buildup by the tub. And someone in the past thought it a good idea to paint the tub-spout black, but now the paint is peeling off. These were the only two problems with this room.

I was told at booking that "bag" breakfast would be provided each day since big breakfast was closed due to company policy. This was very untrue. These were not provided. staff seemed nice but very hard to communicate with using English. Pool was nice but could have been a little cleaner.

No breakfast available. Extra towels for pool area was not there. Although we were on ground floor elevator was out of order duration of our stay. If we had been on another floor we would have had to leave. cannot climb stairs. Tub in room seemed clean but need of replacement.

The elevator was wet & had towels on the floor. The room had an interesting aroma, the shower seemed like it needed to be updated, cracked on wall & spotty on ceiling, the pool was closed for maintenance . The front desk staff was amazing & the morning guy that took us to the airport was great!

Breakfast was ok. Really enjoyed the waffles and the option to purchase ice-cream or microwave meals! Room was clean and comfortable!

Staff wasn't too friendly. While making my son's breakfast, the milk container lid fell off and spilled. The woman at the front desk proceeded to have an attitude and say "you were supposed to hold it like this because that lid pops off!" There weren't any signs anywhere stating that! If the container is broken, replace it.

It was a nice stay. There was free breakfast and free WiFi. Liked how the sink was outside bathroom. The staff was also really nice and took the trash out for us twice a day.

The toilet was broken in the bathroom, the tissues weren’t stocked up in the room. There was a sign hitting the side of the building due to wind all night long, keeping us awake.

Housekeeping was great. Very nice and kept us in clean towels!

The only thing I didn't like was we need thr room for a couple extra hours to wait for a flight. Thr manager wanted to charge us 75 dollars, but it was a friday

Front desk staff not friendly at all. TV in lobby was on a political based channel, which made me feel unwelcomed as it was clear, and as such got to hear staff random support the stations view with others. A neutral station such as HG TV would have been great. No politics.
