Candlewood Suites Savannah Airport, an IHG Hotel

We didn't have breakfast in the morning, not even sure if that was offered but we had an excellent stay. I was really hesitant about booking without ever seeing this place, especially being that it was dog friendly, but it was awesome. Very clean and we slept great in the kind bed. The refrigerator and small kitchen was a great bonus too.. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

It smelled a little musty out in the hallways and in the room when we first entered.. We turned down the A/C and we didn't notice the smell as much in our room after a while.

We got a king suite due to the deal available. There was a very workable kitchen area with a full size fridge, 2 stove burners, and a sink. Also drawers and cabinets for storage, so if you were doing an extended stay this would be highly functional. Also the lady working the front counter was super friendly! I always enjoy being greeted with a smile. It can make any stay better. This place is very close to lots of restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. Downtown Savannah is only a 20 min drive.

Only thing we didn't care for was the bed itself. It was very firm, but we come across this in a lot of hotels.

The location was perfect and the rooms were clean. Still enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The fact that our rooms were overbooked and we had to switch rooms and pay the same rate without even getting the one request we asked for which was to have a roller bed in our room which Sherry said we would have.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our toddler so it was fantastic that the room had a door between the bedroom and the main living room/kitchen area, so when he went to bed, we could shut the door and not have to worry about the TV waking him up.

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV remote had to be replaced. A/C was not controllable: too cold if left on, too warm if shut off. Pool was green and gross. Most of the staff were wonderful and professional. Others not even pleasant.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The location was awesome.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. They could have had more utensils, so when you want to eat.you would have silverware. But it was great.

The bed and the kitchen was excellent its nice to stay in and cook verses going and waiting in line buying food.

I didn't really appreciate people complaining about my children. They are kids and my daughter has autism so it isn't easy for her to stay quite.

The comfort, cost and accommodation for my pet.

Lack of paper towels and shower gel. Also the pool was not usable and watching the neighbor hotel get to use theirs was a bummer.

Didn’t have breakfast there due to kitchenette provided so we cooked our own meals during our stay which was a wonderful amenity
