well, it did have the convenience of having a restaurant and bar gathering area right in the facility to not have a free offering of coffee at all times is preposterous to me.

Oh well the registrar when we got there at approximately 8 PM at night did not give us any information on anything was very short I guess her phone call was more important than her job. But both restaurant servers we encountered. I don’t know the one girl on Saturday night it’s name but the lady on Mother’s Day morning Mindy was excellent went above and beyond to make our meal and time together very enjoyable. And also the manager we spoke to the next morning to get information that we were a little reluctant to ask it all at cheiken was very accommodating, very apologetic and very people friendly her name was a Deli kudos to them all!

Clean Room

No room service for 2 Days,and closed pool for no reason but I still payed the same amount.

I loved the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were helpful and attentive. We also loved waking up to a hot breakfast, with enough options for everyone to be satisfied! The place was also clean. A very pleasant experience!

I wish that the pool was a little larger. That would have been the cherry on top! I love that it's an inside pool, but it just wasn't large enough to get in a good swim. But it was nice enough to splash around in for about 15 minutes to cool off.

The Double Tree was located close to the airport which was perfect for our circumstances. Our daughter drove up from Melbourne, FL to join us and it was easy to find. The room was large with an adjoining TV/Sofa Bed area that was perfect for our daughter and our two queen beds were comfortably located. The micro and fridge both were clean and worked well. The safe was not working but a notice said not to keep valuables in the safe, so we would not have used it anyway. We all loved the well-equipped fitness center and used it several times during our 4 night stay. Also, for us oldies, the lighting in all areas was excellent. The one negative was the expensive breakfast. We noted that not many people chose to eat there. We had breakfast there on two mornings and the oatmeal and service were fine.

The breakfast was too expensive, but we still ate there for two of our four mornings.

Friendly staff, free cookies, good room, clean, really comfortable beds.

I thought the breakfast could have been better and then It would be a 10 out of 10 for the price. My children a meals were good but I asked for 2 slices or scrambled eggs on toast (which meant I left a lot off as was not eating meat). I hoped for 2 slices of toast both with eggs on. Instead it looked like they had ran out of egg as and gave me 1 slice with not much scrambled eggs on and put the second slice on top to take a scrambled egg sandwich. Apart from that 10/10.

The staff is friendly. The breakfast is awesome and the guys that prepare it are fast and efficient.

The mattress on the sofa bed needs replacement.

The property was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. I like the fact that there is a bar and grill located inside the hotel! That was very convenient. Another positive is that it only took us 20 min to get to the downtown area where there are more shops, tours, wonderful architecture and rich history. something for everyone!

I really liked the property. My only displeasure was meeting Kaitlin at the front desk upon check in. She was rude, she was short in her response and at one point didn’t even offer a response at all. Not the best way to start our stay. We were determined to have a great time although we were met with Kaitlin’s nasty attitude.

Very clean, comfortable beds.

Didn't like having to charge $100 incidentals that wasn't on booking.com

The roommate are expectations, no frills, but accommodated our family well

The sofa bed needs updating. The room door closed on my 2-year-old granddaughter's hand. Her fingers were bleeding, there was no emergency medical kit. One of the staff members had to go to his car to get us Band-Aids.

Customer service at location was excellent

Website showed food available in Lounge but no details. Called Hilton customer service and agent confirmed food would be available but they did not have a listing of what kind or any details on the food offered at that location. We arrived about 8:00 pm on Saturday June 12, and were told there was no food available because the cook was out sick. Only drinks were available at the Lounge. We had to go back out to Wendy’s to pick up food.
