Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport

Did not participate in breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I was disappointed in the size of the bathroom, the toilet paper sits so far back that someone short has a hard time reaching it. The tiles in the shower needed cleaning, they are mildewed and turning dark.

The hotel iis hidden among several others, so be patient when searching for it. Some furnishings were a bit dated.

The general manager(I didn’t catch her name) but she was SO nice and welcoming. She is truly a joy to speak to, she was so helpful with getting us a great room after being on the road for 12+ hours with our little ones. We noticed she had given several people dining recommendations and when they returned they were so thankful for her help because they loved the food. Just an all around great hotel and great employees.

The elevators could have been cleaned a bit better. They had some food on the floor and marks around the buttons, etc. but overall weren’t terrible.

The hotel was conveniently located to our event. The room was larger than expected. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of desk space, USB/plugs , closets and drawers. Beautiful view of the water from the window. Room darkening shades and blinds worked well. All staff members were kind and efficient. Morgan, at the reception desk, was amazing. He was professional and welcoming. This hotel was our favorite of many! Thank you!

Food and hospitality was very good. I did enjoy the restaurant portion and lounge area was lovely. Location to airport and shuttle service was convenient.

I would have preferred a walk in shower.

There was nothing not to like.

First let me say the property was very clean and everything in the room was sanitized and sealed. The facilities are great with food available, either prepackaged or cooked to order. In my years of travel I have often been disappointed with “accessible “ rooms that have no room to turn around and sometimes with beds too tall for me to transfer. This hotel was a pleasant exception ! The ADA room with the roll in shower was spacious and the bed was not too high.

Could use more grab bars near the shower seat. Also, as seems more common as the pandemic goes on, much of the staff had their masks pulled down to their chin. This left their noses and mouths exposed. The facility has well laid out social distancing markers and there is hand sanitizer everywhere.

The staff is always extremely helpful and cheerful when we stay. Just great! Will stay there every time we are in the south which is at least once a year. Excellent location for the airport Shuttle service great too

This Hilton property includes a restaurant which provides both breakfast & dinner. Very convenient for the traveler. Comfortable. Clean room accommodations, conveniently located right off art. 95.
