Comfort Inn Indianapolis East

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pre-packaged pastries and the pool was closed. Evidence they were taking COVID precautions seriously. The location is a not close to food (restaurant across the street closed due to pandemic) or shopping but UberEats or DoorDash will deliver. The facility is a bit older. I think this contributed to the appearance of things being unclean.

FYI: Hotel requires a deposit equal to the amount of one night's stay. Quite unexpected.

This property has restored my confidence in the Comfort brand after several bad experiences at other locations. I was tempted to stop booking with Comfort but decided to give this property a try since the location and price best suited my needs for this trip. The facilities were very well maintained, newly updated and very clean! Everyone I encountered on staff were very friendly and helpful, especial Ms. Hina who worked the front desk at check-in, check-out and periodically throughout the week. She is so friendly and pleasant, always with a positive comment and a big smile. I will definitely use this location again if in the area, even though there are a couple other Comfort locations in and around Indianapolis that I will never visit again.

The housekeeper we had was amazing. She gave us a bag for all the room trash.beakfast was what was expected. The pool was small,but no one was in there other than my son and I.

Breakfast was good,only downside side was our stay was for 3 night and every day breakfast was scramble eggs,sausage,and biscuits gravy. The room was nice but the carpets need cleaned out feet were black after walking on it.

This is a small, friendly hotel with just the basic features. Nothing fancy. But everything works and is clean. The breakfast bar in the morning is very simple but totally sufficient. The room is clean, good working showers and furniture and A/C (had small issue with A/C my first day which the staff immediately addressed). Staff is courteous and prompt and helpful. Early morning loud radio in one room on my floor, all it took was a single call to the front desk and they were on it.

Nothing I didn't like or expect.

The Management was wonderful to me I only had one problem had no water in the bathroom they were working on other room and had to turn it off so they moved me to other room across the hall. They were so nice to me the lady helped me move because I'm on oxygen. My house keepers were the best. I was there from June 30th to July 8 2023.

Of all the Comfort Inns around Indianapolis this location outshines all the rest. The others remind you constantly that you're staying in a "budget friendly" hotel while the Indianapolis East location makes you feel like you're staying in a much pricier property. It's clean, updated, well maintained and with friendly, helpful staff. This location will be my go-to any time I'm in the Indianapolis area!

I liked the room was cleaned very well. The location was convenient. Also there was breakfast which was convenient as well.

There was an issue with the front desk. My children's father was bringing them to me. He must have been parked where he was blocking something. The guy at the front desk called and was rude to me as if I had done something wrong! I felt very disrespected!!!

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Nice location, staff was friendly. Good size refrigerator and had a microwave in room. About a 15 minute drive to downtown. Nice place to stay for the weekend.

Pillows weren't comfortable and too small for a King size bed, pool was small and not private. Room was smaller than I thought but a good size for 2 people.

Room and entire facility was extraordinarily clean. That trumps decorum, etc.

Surrounding area not good for walkers/joggers.

I loved that the property was close enough to downtown yet far enough away from it at the same time. The pool area was great for my 5 year old. We ended up having the pool to our self the time we went and it was nice not having to worry about other kids splashing my daughter who is just learning to swim. The rooms were quiet and clean. We didn’t have any issues with any of the staff.

The only thing I didn’t like were the beds. Unless you’re paying too dollar, most hotel beds aren’t soft. Our beds were like sleeping on a rock. Not only that but I booked a double Queen room and these were clearly not queen beds. My fiancé took one bed to himself and I bunked with my daughter. They were clearly full size beds.
