Indianapolis Marriott East

The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby. The staff was super nice and professional.I like the bath shampoo, body wash and conditioner. I liked that in addition to the glasses there were plastic water cups. I loved that an indoor pool and very well equipped workout room was available as well as a business center with good wi-fi I really appreciated the apps on the remote because I use YouTube a lot to study my school topics. The property was beautiful and tranquil. I enjoyed the infused water in the front lobby The breakfast selections were great I like the fact that I had the option to order

I purchased a meal plan and was told it didn’t show. But on checkout it was on my receipt.The front dest person said he refunded the charge The toilet made noise throughout the night and woke me up a few times. There were no cups for the coffee that was in my room. Some of the outlets kept going out. My only view from my room was of the workout room.

The property was AMAZING!!! The staff were very accommodating since it is a HUGE property, but with assistance I was able to handle it on my own like a pro. Ms. Barbara went above and beyond to assist me to where my room would be located and was very pleasant the entire time. The next day I encountered a staff member by the name of Paul that was very helpful with helping me navigate to the lobby to meet my pizza delivery person. he was very kind and took the time to get me where I needed to be and I was able to take it from there. The hotel was more enjoyable from the front guest clerk to the attending maid on our floor. it was nice to see everyone enjoying helping people. I really do not try to be a bother, but navigation was an issue until I mapped my brain to where I needed to go for what reason. Than you so much for the loveliest say we have had in a long time. Misty’s 50th birthday was a hit!

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel for a convention. The beds were fairly comfortable with a variety of pillows in various shapes and firmness. The room looked great with a desk having multiple ports for hooking up a game console, computer, or DVD player to the TV. My room had a great view overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom had plenty of towels. Normally hotel bathtubs don't feel safe, but my room's bathtub had a non-slick surface and a handle bar for helping you climb in and out. The hotel has a bar that serves Starbucks coffee.

The breakfast buffet is absurdly overpriced, especially when the Four Seasons diner is just around the corner and serves breakfast 24/7. While there are many nearby restaurants, the area has a lot of traffic, which can make navigating around feel harrowing. The hotel charges about $9 a day for parking; not a terrible price but still annoying when nearby competing hotels have free parking. The commons area is quite loud because sounds can travel far through the hotel's hallways. I also found someone's underwear and trash under my bed, which was a little gross.

The size of the room was great. The bar was ok, and breakfast was convenient. The bed was comfy. The hotel was in close proximity to family, which was nice. Free parking was a great PLUS as most hotels of this size charge ridiculous fees.

The bathroom was tiny. The hot water in the sink stopped working. The bar was fairly adequate. We tried to order 3 different cocktails, but the bartender did not have everything needed to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but the taste was decent, and portion sizes were good.

i loved the staff. they made me feel like nothing was to much. i had asked about where to buy umbrellas in the area and they began looking for an umbrella to lend me. i didnt want to borrow one and had to turn it down. but, that shows how far they were willing to go.

the elevator near our room kept breaking down and the monies they with held for incidentals was almost everything i had for the convention and i had to borrow from friends to get by until i got home and got the monies back.

The location of this hotel was great. It is surrounded by a lot of fast food options and gas stations. The facilities inside were very clean and kept up nicely. There's also plenty of parking and it's only $9 A-day.

The AC Unit in the room is extremely loud. The bathtub drained real slowly. Bathroom area was a little tight and snug. There was no microwave.

Not the first time I visited this hotel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel looks fancy with great common areas for relaxing. The parking lot was spacious and has a quick route to the elevators. You can buy Starbucks coffee at the bar with refillable cups. I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a convention taking place on its premises. The price was quite reasonable for the convenience, and the convention areas had plenty of water stations and hand sanitizer.

A staff member gave me the wrong directions to the elevators and I spent almost half an hour lugging around a heavy cart full of luggage to find them. The hotel does not have free breakfast, and the meals are underwhelming and egregiously overpriced. While the hotel is close to many restaurants and a highway that can take you anywhere in Indianapolis, the roads around the hotel are dangerous because of the traffic and poorly marked roads. The room was decent, but I've been to plenty of cheaper hotels that had better amenities and accommodations.

The room and bed was extremely comfortable. The salt water pool was perfect. The breakfast looked amazing, it was not clear at check in however that it was not included! Imagine our surprise?

Indy was very crowded with 3 conventions. Couldn't get dinner reservations. So we at at the Marriott. Food was great even though you were short staffed. Bartender was overworked and didnt know prices. Just print a wine list! I got the pasta without chicken and my husband got it with and we were charged $26 for each, so we were overcharged!

The location is great, the staff was nice, great room. Overall really good

The only complaint I have is that there was no microwave in the room. And when I got the breakfast buffet, there was no indication that it was ending at 11am after I got down there around 10:45am. Really that's the only mark I have against this place.

The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Ms. Felicia and Joe was such a joy andase us smile with every interaction. If I needed, I would stay again. Room was clean and the jacuzzi was amazing.
