The construction work. But it is ok. You have to have a little dust and a little noise in order to grow. I would always come back. You are the only place that I feel safe to stay by myself. Keep up the good work the whole staff is “AWESOME “.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, informative. The room is immaculately cleaned! The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows for support. Getting in and out of the facility to the highways extremely easy parking was plentiful and I was telling a car behind a truck, the pet facilities were ample. The coffee was fabulous!

I did not find anything that I did not like about this hotel!

I love the sheets and bedding and the fact it has a kitchen in each room. The staff was more than helpful in finding me a place to Park for where I was going the next day. The room was mostly clean.... it was exceptionally clean for a normal person... the lobby was clean and it smelled nice. You can tell the staff works hard to keep it a safe and clean environment.

Location was great. Didn't care for the hotel that we shared parking lot with. Not a lot of parking depending on how many people were staying at each place... Curtains don't stay closed so we had the other hotels lights peeking through the whole night. It was great otherwise

Room and bed were clean. Liked the smart lights in the kitchen area and bathroom. Plenty of outlets and lights to read and watch TV.

I was on the third floor at the far end of the hallway - outside in the morning I was facing a noisy construction sight and day and night, a major road and highway that was heavily trafficked all the time. Next time, I'll request a quiet room as I was not asked this and did not remember to request it. The smoke alarms went on around 8:00 in the morning on Friday due to a guest smoking in their room. No one was hurt, but it was a great inconvenience and not w explained initially by the staff as guests stood unknowingly outside.

May I 1st say that I got nothing but the best to say about this place. It was quiet, clean, affordable and pleasant. The staff were soooooo polite and welcoming (Rondale Nichols-Templeton and Gavin Schall). Even the leave, the staff were awesome. Almost any type of restaurant you want is located around the area. The suites have a gym and the equipment is up 2 date and works. We utilized the gym but not the laundry. The Laundry facilities were well kept also. We stayed on the 2nd floor but you literally could not hear a peep through the walls and no one walking above your head on the next floor. The linen and the beds were fresh, the rooms smelled great, the cabinets were clean and had the needed dishes except a skillet but I had brought my own. The floors were clean from the lobby to the elevators and from the elevators to the room. Each area we went to was ean and COVID protocol was followed. The bathrooms were supplied with huge bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. The air stayed nice and cool, the TV was a decent size with the guide. I parked my car right outside the window and my car was safe. They are doing construction but you couldn't hear it and it didn't affect the hotel location. A motorcycle club came the last night we stayed, you could hear their bikes come in, park and they were chill the rest of the night. I kept waiting on the ball to drop but CANDLEWOOD SUITES is my go to spot from now on when visiting Indy. I was extremely pleased and hope that they continue to shine on the East side of Indianapolis.

Staff and room Perfect! Really need to express how kind and helpful the staff was!

Very disappointed NO breakfast!! I booked for breakfast, traveled 8 hours. I respect and understand no breaking, I don’t understand why its advertised. It was only after the room was paid in full, that I was notified may not be breakfast. To late to cancel and get refunded. I use booking.com ALL the time, I’m frustrated and may not use you again. Also a hold on my credit card $150. No other hotel did that!

Very quiet room, was clean and utensils were provided and also clean. Fridge was big and clean. Everything worked in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The shower in the rooms were of different water pressure, my first room had very little water pressure and the lights in the bathroom only half worked. The door was hard to open. In the second room (after changing rooms per my request) everything worked correctly except for the Shower Pressure, this room was so powerful that I could not stand in the shower without being in stinging water pressure, I was only able to stand a few minutes before I had to turn it off. My body was red from the stinging pressure!

The facility was spotless. It has a laundry & gym room which is convenient. The room was super comfy. I didn’t realize it came equipped with a stove top, full fridge & dish washer.

The only thing is the elevator is super slow & there’s only 1.

people (staff) were very helpful when it came to finding places in the area and never hesitated to help when needed. The bed was super comfy. Night staff was the best when it came to being understanding about breathing issues.

I did not like the fact that the woman that does morning shift up front does not care if you have a breathing condition or not when it comes to a mask. she don't seem to care if you have a medical condition or not. I have not had that issue out of other places.

Rooms for a very nice and the beds were comfortable and we had a mini Kitchen in the room.

Was hoping there would be a free breakfast in the morning but alas not so. Still would stay there again.
