The Front desk Clerk was super friendly. especially Mary and the general/ district(not sure of here tittle)manager. We stayed there for a funeral and they were excellent. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was very nice. A nice quite place.

My family ran out of tissue Saturday night. The night clerk told my family member that if a roll of tissue was given it was going to be charged to the room. Where do they do that at? The room was out of tissue. Why do we have to pay for something that is clearly a necessity. So my family member had to come get some from my room. That was completely wrong.

The hotel itself was great! Nice lobby, pleasant Staff. Our room was huge and very cozy! I loved that the vanity sink was outside of the shower/toilet; very convenient to have one person shower while the other can use the vanity to get ready. The beds were very comfortable. And having a fridge and full size microwave in the room was super convenient.

No fault of the hotel Staff (they were very helpful) but the noise level was a bit much to handle after 11:00pm. The hotel was hosting several different athletic tournaments. We came in to a crew of adults having very loud/fun conversations in the lobby while their teens were physically running up and down the halls, slamming and banging on doors until 2:00am. The hotel cleanliness would normally be up to par if the kids didn't have food fights in the hallways. Again. No fault of the Staff. They were awesome!

location seemed to be a part of abandoned complex, road and parking lot need repairing. the elevator was not accessible/ out of commission making the hotel inaccessible to disabled persons. we had a 2 night stay and our room keys were deprogrammed the next day. very inconvenient to supposedly have to get keys reprogrammed each night or at least that’s how the desk attendee explained the situation.

The price was right for this 2 night stay. I loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Hard floors, no carpet, and dog friendly! Water pressure was surprisingly high, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect for a volleyball tournament at the Academy.

Parking was tough, but free!! I assume it's due to the sold-out rooms. The pool was not open. It may be seasonal. Breakfast needs to be revamped it was not what I expected.

The shower sprayed out onto the floor no matter how I showered. It needed a curtain or something. The bed was really uncomfortable and the room was right by the exit door to the stairs and to exit the building. Heard it open and close all night. The young man at the front desk at night was super nice and friendly. The older lady not so much.

The inside is nice and pretty. They do have breakfast and certain things on the menu change. I thought that was lovely. I loved the healthy options offered as well. The inside is clean. It was also quiet.

The bathroom was kinda awkward to be in. While it did look like it was cleaned, there were stains all over the shower. Pink stains. The roller chair did not look like something I would willingly sit on. However, that's me nitpicking.

The workers and breakfast were great. Gave us plenty of towels and tp. Breakfast had plenty of food available and a good variety.

That shower set up is hell, it floods the whole bathroom and there's no where to set your shampoo bottle. The staff did supply us with plenty of towels once they realized which room we were in.

Location was fantastic, although being next to a ghost mall n 1 side & a large empty blding on the other - was a little unnerving. Was not told at booking that there was an extra pet charge - that was disconcerting. Beds were comfortable. Heating was good &the cable was good. Everything in the room worked, which was great & the room was insulated from the immense sound of whizzing traffic outside - excellent. Desk staff was grumpy & not pleasant. But all-in-all a good value for the traveler!!

Loved the staff that greeted us. Super friendly and informative, great personalities! The outside of the building was gorgeous! Inside was clean when you walk in, felt very welcoming! Getting around and walking to our room was easy. Our room was small and simple, great for short stays. Everything was clean, there was 1 small stain on the floor but not a big deal. We had 2 queen beds, both were clean and comfortable. For once a hotel had supportive pillows! Our room had a nice TV, fridge, microwave, desk.. the night stand between our beds I absolutely loved! On the sides it had all kinds of plug in options; very universal, USB, Aux, power adapter, hard to find hotels with these options. It sits off the main road but it was very quiet,, I couldn't hear anything outside or anything in other rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Check out was very easy and quick. So glad I became a member!

Parking lot was very cramped, I think they're working on expanding so not a big deal. It's a newer hotel, you could still smell paint in some areas, again not a big deal, it's great theyre upgrading. There was a small stain in our room on the floor and the bathroom could use a little update but again not a big deal. Nothing crazy or major

The amenities where nice the gym was clean and had the extra equipment that I wanted. The breakfast was fantastic 😊 alot of options to please everyone. The pillows where comfortable and the bed was nice

The carpets had nasty stains, and the headboards and the bed skirt were dirty with white crusty spots. We lifted up the mattress and their was hair and a used napkin.
