SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown

I loved how convenient it was to downtown. I also liked how big the rooms were to accommodate a family of 6.

Our room was on the 15TH floor and you could hear the clanking from the elevator all night/morning. It was worse when in use. Also there are no locks on the bathroom doors which I didn’t like. The breakfast was just okay didn’t have much variety. The biggest downfall for me was the parking. There was parking garage underneath the hotel which cost $35 a day. I feel if you are staying in the hotel this should be free to you. I completely understand the pricing when it comes to football games and baseball games that are in town.

We stay in Indy frequently and very close to this location. Parking here was more expensive than other hotels in the area. The breakfast wasn’t quite as good as the other 2 hotels we frequent. However the location is slightly better than the other hotels. We also booked a skyline top floor room which was outstanding and our kids really enjoyed it. We also really loved the west elm pull out bed rather than just the standard pull out couch we normally receive at hotels when booking for 5 people. Would recommend and stay here again but would like to see parking come down from $35/night to $25.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. But the best part was that the location and views were amazing. We were staying for a concert and could see the stage from our window. We could also see Victory Field.

To my understanding, they were short staffed in housekeeping on a night where 2 concerts and a ball game were going on, and this caused our check-in to be delayed by 2 hours. This ended up delaying our plans and making us a little later for the concert than we wanted to be.

Clean. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was great.

Parking. Lots were full, it was raining and a lot of events were going on. We didn’t find out until after we parked and lugged our belongings to the hotel, that the hotel was offering valet parking for regular rates due to the parking issue. The view was great, but we heard constant noise from the elevator machinery all night.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. everyone was very accommodating. The view out our window was stunning.

The only problem we had was with parking. The garage is very small and shared by multiple Marriott hotels. we were unable to find a space when returning late after a concert. Fortunately we found a valet guy that helped solve our problems in a very courteous manner.

Upon arrival, we discovered that SpringHill had overbooked the weekend. We were offered an upgrade to move around the block to the JW Marriott. Our transition to the new hotel was seamless.

Our room at the JW was very nice, but we did notice that the light switch and the door handles in our bathroom were filthy. Luckily, I always pack sanitizing wipes.

Love the cost of parking with the hotel stay. Love the view from our room on the 8th floor. Love the amazing BREAKFAST! Way better than I am used to, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, eggs, muffins, all kinds of toasts, bagels, and coffee. We are from Michigan and usually don't get out much. Exercise center very clean, people very polite, room very spacious. Check in check out fast! We were here to see the Colts game and this hotel is 12 minutes away walking, plus walking distance to all kinds of food locations we chose buffalo wild wings, and it has been a great stay!

When we first walked in, we had to go to the Courtyard Lobby which was a bit confusing, but only momentarily.

The room was great, but it's the location that sets this hotel apart. I was on an upper floor overlooking the NCAA headquarters campus, and the view was outstanding. This hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It is also connected to the Courtyard and JW Marriott event center, so that one can walk between them without going outside. Very convenient since it rained during my stay.

The complimentary breakfast could have been better. The selections were more than satisfactory, but both the scrambled eggs and the sausage patties were disagreeably salty. Parking was expensive.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are larger than the average hotel room and very clean. The included breakfast was an added value. Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium was perfect for our visit as we were attending a football game. Would totally stay here again!

Please note that if the parking still says free, it is incorrect. Parking is an additional $34 per day and should be factored into the total price as one decides on a hotel. On the upside, using their in-and-out self parking is very easy and convenient!

The hotel is situated in a great location. Everything was literally walking distance and very convenient for us. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Indy.
