Location is great! The customer service was excellent as always! The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the air was ice cold! Stay here all the time with never an issue and if there is they do everything they can to remedy it!

Nice room had a couch we went to beech bend both days so we only slept lots of restaurants close right off interstate
I got charged a little different than booking.com price less than 10 difference but if that's all you had then it may be a problem the worst is the pool is closed that's why I rented so my granddaughter could swim

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. It was close to attractions in the area that we wanted to see (caves and Corvette Museum).
My husband was bothered by the noise from the highway and on our second night we had some very noicy people in the room next to ours... but they eventually quieted down around 2am.

Like eating in a restaurant,food was quantify,I understand they couldn't serve hot food due to the virus,but it was good ,it had a dining area so you eat there and not cart back and forth. My husband was very content. The staff was were helpful

It’s right off the highway and close to Waffle House, Hardee’s, and a few other restaurants. There is a gas station right out front. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is right next to a busy road but I had a fan to drown out the noise. Didn’t eat the breakfast or use the pool.

The room was really clean and roomy. I personally love the exterior entry to rooms. That way when I don’t feel like dealing with people I really just don’t have to!
It was a bit loud all through the night but nothing was too loud! I wouldn’t want to stay with my kids for that reason but I would if I needed to!

For some reason the price was double what we normally pay in that area though for very comparable rooms for the night we stayed.
