Staff was pleasant and room was clean

The front desk day manager, Nian (I'm sure that's spelled wrong and I'm sorry), was so welcoming and made check in very easy. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens were very clean and towels were folded so beautifully. It was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Louisville.

The area where the hotel is located and some of the guests felt a bit sketchy but that's no fault of the hotel.

The evening staff is amazing. The lady at the bar and front desk is so friendly and helpful. She made a great day better. Nice to have a bar and we were able to take a glass of wine up to the room. Breakfast is very good

We did not get maid service and needed fresh towels. When we asked why we didn't get our room made up she said we had been asked during check in. That was not asked. She had fresh towels for us when we returned that day.

you can clearly see the property is well taken care of and was easy to access the highway to get to where you need to go. spacious room and very clean. one of the best stays I’ve ever had and better than some 4 star hotels.

wish the parking spaces were a little better, had some questionable cars parked next to me but no damage was done. otherwise perfect

Room comfortable bed, quick elevator service, enough bath floor mats easy parking.

I didnt like that after driving 10 hours of all night driving and arriving at the hotel at 8 a.m. she, the desk clerk wouldnt let me check in when there was an available room. She said I would have to pay for the previous day.! Made me wait till after 2pm.

It was fairly close to the Expo Center. The night staff so nice! My granddaughter and I were attending a volleyball tournament and were out pretty late. The clerk at the desk suggested a VERY good pizza place that delivered. She is an excellent employee! The hotel itself is dated, but clean, I would suggest replacing the carpet.

Gym running treadmill is too old and cranky (unstable), not enough space around it to stretch Breakfast is a bit too basic, would be nice to add a few more options Air conditioner was very loud (but works), it is much needed for temperature control, but hard to relax.

The staff was exceptional especially the manager. They are making improvements to the rooms and the bathrooms are brand new.

The hotel was a little dated but they are renovating and should be first rate in a month.

The staff was very nice. Housekeeping was thorough . Front desk and manager were very pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased with motel all around. I would stay again. .it was a very pleasant experience.
