Got to the hotel for them to inform us that there were no more king rooms left even though that is what I reserved. They wanted to downgrade us to a queen room for same charge. We refused and requested an upgrade since we were charged immediately after making reservation. Coincidentally they found a king room to put us in. This is so aggravating and seems to be happening every where we go when reserving thru booking.com

Our room was large and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly - TV, AC, Coffee Maker, etc. Onsite food options were good value. Casino is very large and wasn't crowded on our Mon-Thurs stay.

The hotel is in a remote location not as close to Louisville as we had thought. There is also a pretty long walk from the hotel rooms to the casino, although it is all indoors.

We didn't eat breakfast. We did have coffee and tea as we left.

They had only 2 restaurants open the gordan ramsay that was 2 expensive the cheapest menu item was 75.00 for a six ounce steak. And what was the grill and it cost us 35.00 for 2 hotdogs, a piece of carrot cake,a hamburger and fries. Too expensive

It was good if you wanted easy access to casino .

The inability to get something to eat or drink. Room was not that clean. Dust rim all around bed and edges of carpet. No hand grips to hold while getting in and out of tub. Needs some remodeling as wall paper coming off the wall in places.

Very nice room for the money.

We stayed on the smoking floor because my wife smokes. Not really a complaint just an f.y.i. for the people who don't smoke but choose to stay on the smokers floor. The smell of smoke is overpowering as soon as the elevator door opens to said floor.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Walked down a set of steps to go to the gym but the doors were locked. The chlorine is entirely too strong in the pool area. It desperately needs ventilation. Food is pretty expensive and no microwaves in the rooms.

Was our first time visiting. Over all everything was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Love that the beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. Had a great time in the casino. Liked that everything you needed was there hotel, casino and restaurant.

I had ordered room service I attempted to cancel it via the 4 digit code the screen displayed and was unable to cancel the order in time so I got stuck paying for 75 worth of room service that I didn't even get because I was asleep because I thought it was cancelled

Clean room and facility, friendly staff, close to everything. Beds were comfortable, food was good and Parking was well lit.

Smelled like smoke on the common areas

Very comfortable quiet room..good value for the price.

A few more sit down restaurants are needed on the property. The food in the restaurant near the desk is bad.
