TownePlace Suites was by far the best stay I had on my entire trip. The staff (all of them) were very friendly and helpful. I will be making another trip to Louisville in the future and I will be staying at TownePlace Suites again.

If I would have noticed the entrance at the back facing the garage, I would have checked in, unloaded my things and then parked my vehicle. I am not sure if there could be a line in the. confirmation email to let us know to look for that.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! We loved our suite, which had a full kitchenette—complete with a dishwasher and stovetop. The amenities were great & the parking garage was easily accessible. We had access to so much of downtown, as we were in walking distance to nearly all of it. We love walking, so we spent a lot of time on foot exploring the city. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get familiar with the area and get anything we needed through them!!

I wish the bar and pool stayed open later than they do. The pool closes at 9pm & the bar at 10pm. It would be nice to be able to get a drink after coming in from a late dinner or take a dip in the pool after a long day!

I forgot I booked a suite for this vacation so the kitchenette was a delightful surprise! Great value for the amenities and location was super convenient for downtown while being at a lower price point. We loved Nino the bar tender! My spouse left his shaving kit in the bathroom after we checked out and the front desk mailed it to us for the cost of the postage which I appreciated .

Room service didn’t come until the day before we left - we didn’t want much but a day or two earlier would have been preferred.

The hotel had a pleasant and secure atmosphere. To access the elevator, a room key was needed. The room was like a new kitchenette/studio with a full kitchen .i.e. standard size refrigerator, range stove top, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, full cabinets, top and bottom, full bathroom/shower. The grounds were very up kept and there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all the time. There is a full bar available from 5pm-10pm for hotel guests. It’s positioned within 7 minutes walking distance from some nice restaurants and bars.

No complaints

We loved how clean and spacious the room was. Checking in and out was easy having used Booking.com. The location was good - we walked to great spots nearby for drinks at the Michter bourbon distillery, dinner at Mussels and Burgers, and activities (Louisville Slugger Museum, art gallery in the 21c Museum and Hotel).

The only complain we have was that it was easy to hear others. Someone's dog was barking in the hotel in the middle of the night, and we could hear TV, voices, and doors opening and closing from neighbors.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had for a complimentary continental breakfast. The little extras like all the different toppings and syrups were great. The breakfast croissant sandwich was also good. The room was spacious, comfortable and I loved the closet. I also liked the decor and design of the room and lobby. The room was clean and we were happy. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything was great. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was amazing first of all made everything smooth and helped any all ways possible. Nalcia H. was absolutely outstanding and made me comfortable from the start. The rooms were exceptional to match the staff had a small issue with first room something very minor but they bent over backwards to accommodate my every need. I will absolutely be staying here again and any olace I go will hope they have a similar location to stay at! Thanks again for making this a wonderful stay for me and my family on my birthday weekend!

Super clean hotel with really nicely designed rooms, good variety of breakfast choices, really friendly staff and a lobby bar with a great atmosphere and excellent, welcoming bartender. Exceptional experience at this price.

Bed could have been a bit firmer.

Room was nicely sized, fresh and clean. Staff was really helpful and welcoming! Location is quite good, little bit outside of central town but not much to see and do downtown anyway. Parking is really convenient and safe in parking garage next to the hotel.

Breakfast is acceptable however no ham or vegetables available. Also only plastic cutlery , plates, glasses which does not feel environmentally viable in 2022...

Staff was awesome. Room was almost perfect. Location is in the safer section of louisville. Parking garage was great. Very happy with this experience

The walls in the room had liquid stains on them. Looked like someone threw a soda at the wall and it was never properly cleaned.
