The free breakfast is amazing! Laundry facilities on site. Gym on site. Very helpful staff. Everyone says good morning or hello. The parking garage is secure, I have seen security driving thru. Clean rooms, hallways, elevators. I had to change my reservation twice & they were able to accomidate me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having a better more complete " shop" area. For example you offer laundry service maybe offer more than just tide, add a dryer sheet? Put a change making machine in the laundry room so your patrons do not have to go to the front desk for quarters. Maybe travel sewing kits, glasses kits to mend. Try to anticipate your traveling clients needs if possible.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable of the area. We went to the recommended bar in the evening and then the recommended diner for breakfast and both were fantastic recommendations from the 2 receptionists! The room was clean, modern and very spacious. The hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk from plenty of places to eat and from the main city attractions. The parking was super easy! We paid for parking with our room, it is a public parking garage right next door to the hotel and on the morning of our stay I received a QR code via text. We were able to scan as we arrived and we could leave the car there until 11:45pm on the day of our departure. This was really helpful as it meant our car was sorted for the day as we explored more of the city the next day!

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful upon entering! Very pretty, nice and clean. Our room had a nice view of the town and river. No actual parking lot for the hotel, but the front staff informed us about the parking garage across the street and that the street parking was free for us to park on the side of the hotel.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel! Only thing semi aggravating was the fact that we were told of the free parking by the street to avoid the $20 parking garage parking. When the staff slid our receipt under our door on checkout morning, we had been charged the parking fee, so I had to go down and spend almost 45 minutes to get the charge removed

Breakfast room was wonderful. Pat the greeter was very cute. The location was good, except the parking was next door in car park, it was tricky getting into. Walking distance to most of downtown. The pancake maker was not working.

The breakfast "omlets" - can't you find a better source for those? You have an excellent bonus with the cinnamon rolls, but the eggs/omlets are awful.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was decent some of the items were missing(sausage, potatoes) could have been stocked and attended better but it was also busy . The food we had was good.

The snack area had very few items available. The elevator had a huge door covering advertising The Bourbon Challenge which upon completing the challenge we were to receive tshirts. However upon completing the challenges, which btw were fun, we were informed by the hotel staff it was no longer valid. I suggested that they take down the advertisement then and was told that was not an option. I didn’t press the point because we did have a good time doing the challenge but was disappointed not receiving our T-shirts and I think they should put something on the sign saying no longer available or take it down altogether it looks like it’s a screen wrap on the door on the elevator the whole side of the inside door of the elevator. It is false advertising very misleading.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms need more attention to cleanliness.

A lot of hair in bed sheets and some stains on sheets that you could tell hadn’t been ran through the wash. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Maybe wiped with a damp cloth at best. The room needed vacuumed especially entry and bathroom. Carpet looked to be vacuumed. The headboard and remote both had a lot of greasy fingerprints.

Room and appointments were among the best I've experienced; bathroom was excellent. At breakfast, the fruits, juices, coffee, and pastries were good.

Breakfast was a little disappointing: omelets, sausages, & other warm foods were cold, sometimes soggy. On the first morning, the only yogurt was blueberry. Also, the sliding entry doors didn't work, making the lobby and breakfast area cold and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was great! All hotels should serve breakfast this good. There was plenty to choose from and food was always stocked and available throughout the breakfast hours. It was quiet, despite being a busy weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

The staff member was extremely friendly. He was able to put us into a room much earlier than or original check in time. The place was very clean, up to date and modern. The room had an excellent view (7th floor) and the location is perfect as you can walk to many restaurants and stores.

Parking was a bit steep as it cost us $40 for less than 24 hours. We paid once at the front desk and then again when I removed my car the very next early morning.

Thus place was clean and comfortable. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Location was spot on, we were 5 minutes drive to where we needed to be. The breakfast the next morning was very filling, made the day go by a little easier.

The parking was my only fault for this place. wish they had a valet or something like that. too far of a walk with bags etc.
