The breakfast was better than most I have had, well kept area, very clean. The help was attentive to making sure there was plenty for all , I don’t think I saw them run out of anything.

Only thing I can say is the toilet in our room was very low and with one of us disabled and in a wheelchair it was a little bit of a challenge for her to get up and down from it. We nicknamed it the squatty potty. To be completely fair to the hotel they had no idea that I had a partially disabled friend and when I made the reservations neither did I.

Asbury Inn is on the campus of Asbury Seminary and across the street from Asbury University. The room & bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and the dining area was spacious. We were in walking distance to Grocery, Subway Sandwiches, Chinese take-out, and Coffee shop for sandwiches and sidewalk tables. Hours open varies. Subway was open in the evening. We had stayed there previously making our own reservations and each room was very comfortable.

We have no complaints. You need to know there is no smoking or alcohol on the premises. Summer air conditioning was colder than we were used to but it can be adjusted so it wasn't a problem.

Room was not cleaned nor bed made after the first night of our stay Towels were left on the floor as per the instructions in the bathroom if we wanted fresh towels. Nevertheless, the towels were never replaced. AC in bedroom was either running too cold or then off and the room was hot. AC in suite worked great so we stayed there most of the time except to sleep. Staff at front desk were excellent.

Attentive, friendly and responsive staff. Beautiful location with being on campus. Caring to questions, issues and needs.

Our first suite had an issue with a continuously running toilet that was unable to be flushed, due to missing parts in the mechanisms. We shut off the water and informed the front desk. We were immediately placed in a new suite. It all worked out good.

it was clean, fridge and microwave worked well, shower was good. Breakfast selection was good.

nice property but we kind of felt like we were in a dorm. The exercise room just outside our door was also for students use, as was the breakfast area. I almost felt as if I was intruding, which should not happen when paying a good amount of money to stay. a minor point, but the toilet was the kind you see in a public restroom, adding to the “dorm” feel.

The breakfast was delicious. I love the different choices of food. The dining area was cozy and pleasant. The area was very clean and had a very warm feeling to it. Thank you for your kindness.

I cannot say anything that comes to mind. I was very happy with the room. it was very quiet so I was able to sleep without interruptions and the staff was very pleasant.

The location was perfect as I was there for the Ichthus Festival at Servant Heart Farms. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in the doors.

The air conditioning in our room seemed like it was set to some sort of timer or something. I had set it when we left and when we returned it was very warm in the room, like it had shut off when we weren't there. Not that big of a deal really but if I had to find something to pick on I guess that would be it.

Amanda, at the front desk, was pleasant, welcoming, and professional. She is very much an asset to your company. The room was clean and comfortable. I was there visiting my dad at Thomson Hood Veterans Home which is very close by and made my visiting him convenient.

the location was perfect and the staff was excellent!

the A/C unit in the entry area of our suite was not working. We told the front desk and they tried to troubleshoot with us, but ultimately had to put in a maintenance order. Our son who was staying on the pull out couch was a little warm, but he made it through. ;-)

Good. Tasty coffee!

TV remote not working despite change of batteries. Had to get up physically to change volume and turn TV on and off. Did not pursue further remedy as time in room was limited and return was late in evening. This has happened on previous stays. Suggest checking remotes periodically.
