Great accommodation for a trip to New Orleans, conveniently located at walking distance from the french quarter, with a little courtyard for chilling out, decently equiped common kitchen and a big plus, free parking on the street, with always available parking spots. If the room faces the street it might get a bit noisy during the night, but let's not forget that everybody is coming over to have a good time. The property itself is very quiet and well managed.

The price was amazing! I never would have expected to stay in such a nice place for such a low price! The entire setup is the cutest and it was very very peaceful! The facilities are very nice and you are very well provided for! I plan on staying here every time we come to New Orleans!

Tree lined street not far from a squalid area. Old mansion divided into separate units. Walkable to French Quarter (about a mile). Excellent price for NO. I was somewhat unhappy when I found out that the cleaning fee was nearly as much as the rental fee. My unit #18 ran along the front of the mansion on the ground floor. No balcony but guests have use of the front balcony overlooking the street. The unit itself is massive thereby occasioning the high cleaning charge. In order, there are two good-sized bedrooms, the kitchen and two full bathrooms, one of which is quite large. The rooms are in line so you have to walk through each room to get to the bathrooms. Full sized fridge but only a small microwave to cook with and almost no cabinet space. Tall people beware. Ceilings are quite low. A 6’ person would likely have to duck going under one of the doorways. I’m guessing that the ceilings are only about 80 inches high. The coupons for drinks at the Silk Road (about a mile away) are worthwhile. Great restaurant with extensive list of unique draft beers. All considered, a unique experience.

High cleaning cost. GPS took me through nearby run down section with huge pot holes.

This place was fabulous! It's easy to get to from the interstate, parking is easy on a beautiful tree-lined street, the building itself is quintessential New Orleans, with wrought iron balcony railings and a courtyard, the common areas are beautifully decorated, and my room was gorgeous! I loved that my corner room had lots of windows to let in natural light! The private bathroom was nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable with the softest linens ever! There's no fridge or microwave in the room, but there's a fully equipped kitchen in the common area available for guests to use. Easy self check-in was awesome, considering it was nearly 10pm when I arrived. It's within easy walking distance to the French Quarter.

The signage/house number was difficult to see from the street (at least in the dark!), so it took me a minute to confirm that I was in the right place. Otherwise, the only thing that could have made it better is if they offered breakfast like a classic Bed & Breakfast (all the infrastructure is here for it!).

We liked the hands off check in. It had a very good at home feel, you could make coffee and cook and store food in the fridge. The room was amazing! Very pretty, and the water pressure was amazing! The room was also very spacious so you had room for everything so it didn’t feel cluttered. They also had a Roku Tv! With Covid they couldn’t do their normal breakfast buffet so they had travel cereals, oat meal packets, fruit cups and coffee, which was nice! The location was a little out of the way from everything but it was worth it because it was safe and quiet. Also, if you have questions text them and they will get back to you! They are very nice!

The only problem we had was that the water didn’t stay cold for a long time. But the hot water worked great! It is definitely out of the way from the French Quarter and Jackson Square so keep that in mind if you don’t want to walk a lot. But you can always get an Uber or Lyft.

Everything was so clean and the house was beautifully restored. We loved the fact that we could cook while we were there without issue. The outside sitting area was beautiful with it’s magnolia and fruit trees and Ms. Mary was always available and more than helpful. We appreciate her and the other managers so much for offering such a wonderful place for our visit.

The location was great. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, but far enough away not to be bothered with crowds. AC was cold, bed was comfortable. Street parking was available right out front.

Where our room was, you could hear all the comings and goings of the other patrons in and out and all of their conversations.

Staff was super friendly and the building(s) were super unique! I loved staying somewhere different from the norm! Our room had everything we needed.

We had some mosquitos in our room, and it was kind of humid. I know things like that are unavoidable in New Orleans, though. The WiFi died a few times, but that's getting down to the nitty gritty.

Nice location, near but not in the French Quarter and close to a normal neighborhood where I could find restaurants used by the locals with great food and reasonable prices.

I liked that the property was in walking distance to the French Market and had a convienece store on the same street. The free parking was also a huge plus. The place was very clean, and comfortable.

It’s very noisy at night, but that’s excepted due to it being an old building and New Orleans. But, there was a weird mildew smell every time we entered the house and the air conditioner didn’t really work.
