Nice Location, Great to the Mardi Gras events and central to the French quarter. Parked the car and able to walk everywhere. The price was a bit high but was good for Mardi Gras. Very upscale and clean.

I was told that the dining room was by another company and not the hotel. I asked for a written menue but they only had a digital and I did not have my phone.

The One 11 is in a perfect location, easily walk-able to the main attractions of the French Quarter yet in a slightly quieter street. The staff were warm and welcoming and our room was absolutely perfect. Staff were also knowledgeable about places to visit. We came here for a brief rest after a road trip following our son's New Orleans wedding and it gave us just the relaxing home we needed. Should we return to New Orleans we'd love to visit again and try the pool (it was unseasonably cool during our time here).

There was building work going on around the hotel which worried us initially but once in the room we didn't hear a thing and slept well in the generous, comfortable bed. The bar was closed in the evening from 9 pm but the staff directed us to a nearby one with a good view of the city.

I thought the location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very nice. Very clean, safe area that is walking distance to everything, and me and my husband enjoyed our entire stay there. The beds were comfortable, and we had a mini fridge, which, is a huge plus. Unfortunately, I had a room right in front of the elevator but, it was not noisy or busy, thankfully. I just didn't like being that close to the elevator if strangers are getting off on the same floor and our door is opened. The desk clerks held our bags until our late afternoon flight, as I could not get a later checkout time. One morning they had hot complimentary coffee. And in the afternoons they had fruit infused ice water in the lobby which, I really appreciated on the warmer days. My husband and I lounged in the lobby waiting for our Uber to go to the airport. The only issue that I did have didn't really have anything to do with the hotel itself. It is the loud train horn that we heard every morning for a short period of time. Overall, it was pretty quiet despite, being near the train. However, I would definitely stay there, again without hesitation.

An available later checkout would have been nice for later afternoon flights.

This hotel is in an excellent location - close enough to the French quarter to enjoy it all without all the noise. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and it was great to have an outdoor pool. Bar area was lovely bright and spacious - loved the design of the hotel and in particular, the room design. Found the hotel excellent value for money all round.

Car parking at 45$ in a public car park was expensive. Bar closed at 9pm - should be later and ideally, there would be a cooked breakfast option.

Great staff. Great furnishings. Great vibe. Very walkable to everywhere you want to go from the FQ, to WWII Museum to Armstrong Park and beyond. The room was exceptionally clean. In-room Keurig with Cafe du Monde pods and bottled water were highly appreciated each morning. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom/amenities were fantastic (Frette robes!) And the roof deck was a great place to sip coffee and take in the surroundings.

There's a nearby freight train that came through every morning around 7 am. It sounds a loud warning horn several times. Not the hotel's fault of course, but if you're looking to "sleep in" that train might have another plan for you. Also, $45+tax for self-park in a large open air lot seemed a bit much ... but that's probably just following the going rate in the area.

Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained, very comfortable beds with luxurious bed linens, comfy bathrobes and slippers, great selection of food at the continental breakfast for only $15 per person, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, room 601 with two queens was extremely spacious, friendly staff, mini fridge drawer and safe in room, comfortable lobby with plenty of seating and a great bar with excellent drinks which made for a fun place for our group of 5 to hang out, away from the party scene, quiet and relaxing aside from the train that goes by and blares it’s horn every night.

Due to the location of the hotel, there is a train that goes by at all times of the night. The train itself can’t really be heard, but it blares its horn over and over again at all hours of the night and is VERY loud. This happened two to three different times each night and seemed to be between the hours of 2 and 6AM. It’s an absolute nuisance.

Liked the staff - very helpful. Liked the complimentary coffee cups. The bar/lounge & outdoor pool/deck area was lovely. The decor was fantastically designed. The rooftop deck was cool too. The area is perfect to be right in the midst of everything downtown.

I would prefer the maid service to be a daily occurrence rather than having to request. Also, room was dusty on the bed headboard and the bathroom door. The bed linens could’ve been a little better to fit the king size bed because it wasn’t tucked in & the mattress top was exposed always.

Great location in French Quarter, but far enough away from the noisier streets. Clean and well appointed design/decor. Nice bar/restaurant on site. Small but enjoyable pool on the patio. Friendly staff, and Steven at the front desk was awesome!

Only suggestions would be - Wished the TV in our King room was on an adjustable mount since it was mounted on a sidewall next to the bed, it made it difficult to watch at that angle. A few more loungers on the patio would’ve been great.

One11 has a fantastic location in the French Quarter near the River and Canal Street. Someone did an impressive job retrofitting a hotel into this old building. Our room was clean and comfortable with ample space and a bright, spacious bathroom and shower. The lobby, bar and pool area were inviting. While the restaurant menu is limited, the food was fresh and well prepared.

Unfortunately, they didn't clean the elevator floors often enough. Someone spilled something nasty on the floor of one, and it was there for well over a day. I missed there not being a desk in the room. It's hard to work on a bed and you don't always want to work in the lobby. We had a room directly over the bar, which was quite loud on Saturaday and Sunday nights, and I felt people in the parking lot next to the hotel could see into our room, so we kept the shades down most of the time. Next time I'll request a higher floor!

The hotel and rooms feel fresh, new, and very nicely decorated in a modern style. The shower was probably the best part of our stay - it took up nearly half the room! The lounge is very comfortable with really nice furniture, and the styling in general feels upscale.

The pool shouldn't even be advertised as an amenity. The hotel is in the shadow of the MAMMOTH hotel next door and never sees the sun (not the pool, not the hotel, nothing!). It's also oddly on the fringe of town next to a big open parking lot, so there is a sense that you're somewhat removed from everything. Breakfast is not offered on weekdays, and they are still using Covid as an excuse not to provide room service, but it just feels like a cost-saving measure at this point.
