The staff at the front desk and the bell staff were fantastic. However, the concierge was terrible. I will discuss that below. They were the only ones that made this stay anything but excellent.

It is a timeshare location. When I booked on Booking.com it was clear that we did NOT have to sit in on a time share presentation. Once we checked in at the front desk, they told us to go to the concierge for recommendations on tours and restaurants. That's when the sales started. When we told her we were not interested in the time share presentation, she looked down at her desk and would not look at us or answer any of our questions. We asked about a restaurant and while still looking down she said "there are a bunch of them around". Thank goodness the location and the room were awesome. Just beware of the old time share sales pitch.

The location was great. Room decorations were cool. Kitchenette was nice. Smaller property so no lines. It is across from the Marriott which had miserable looking lines. We walked everywhere in the French Quarter.

The hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable, even for a hide-a-bed. The bedroom bed creaked when rolling over at night. The bathroom needed a few more hooks. There was no parking offered, except if you went to their timeshare presentation at a nearby property (which ended up being 3 hours, not the 1-2 hours promised). Would have preferred a bathtub instead of a handicapped room. (Room 313)

The overall experience at Bluegreen vacation was great! I want to also extend kudos to staff such as Albert for re-arranging an early taxi. Antoine Jackson for ensuring that I was safe leaving out the hotel in the early morning to catch a flight and sharing great history about New Orleans. Charmaine, I believe that was her name working at the front desk. She was helpful and went beyond providing great customer service. I came to New Orleans with 4 friends and it’s their first time in New Orleans. They loved it and we also loved the discounts at restaurants provided by Bluegreen.

The decor is exceptional, getting to our room was interesting but cool...its a smaller property, no parking...but we had garage parking just 0.3 miles away. The room was very clean and really nicely decorated. We didnt have hot water in the morning but it's an old building and we didnt know we should have let the water run until it got hot...but other than that it was excellent! Will definitely stay here again! The staff is very accommodating and friendly!

No hot water in the morning and thought our room had a balcony but it didn't...it was on the 4th floor and is a public balcony

Very clean and beautiful facility. The vallet gentleman was super personable and helpful with parking, luggage, getting us to our room. Front staff was friendly and gave us the best referrals of places to eat and go. The staff was a big part of our experience and were so thankful! Dorothy even booked our party breakfast so at a local restaurant so we did lot have to wait long. Very safe building & parking offered. We had a two bedroom for two nights. Very roomy and comfortable! Slept so good! Definitely need to go to the Roof/balcony and experience the view!! Will definitely be back!!

The location is perfect for NOLA, and the unit is breathtaking in appearance and accommodations. The limitations here, with the noise, are well superceded by the beauty, cleanliness and location of the unit.

The noise and sound intrusion into the unit is exceptional. I work in contracting, and understand the limitations that these gorgeous, older buildings incur. But wow.. the street noises are very loud and I recommend earplugs to sleep.

The location and helpfulness of the employees. Also the cleanliness and slight quirkiness of the decor. It's not a cookie-cutter hotel.

Street noise outside, which the hotel cannot control, but maybe the police should. People were revving up motorcycles all hours of the night. Creating that much of a disturbance should not be acceptable anywhere. Also, the bedroom needs a chair and better lighting. Shower faucet was temperamental, but there was plenty of hot water. I had trouble making it work, but my husband didn't.

Great location (near Bourbon st and all the party but in a quite place so you can also sleep well and rest), very clean, big spaces, nice bed and pillows, original deco, your own kitchen in the apartment, all brand new. Stuff extra nice, above all Jasmine, she gave us the best advices about restaurants and city amusement. I highly recommend this hotel.

There js no service for clean up the room everyday. Maybe a little expensive but is worth it

The property was extremely intimate and close to everything. The discounts were received on restaurants and activities where great. The staff was super sweet and informative 10/10 would recommend.

Water took a minute to get hot which seems to be common with most Airbnb type rentals.

Little suite close to almost everthing in the French Quarter District (Burbon, Aquarium, River Boats, Café du Monde). Stylish intrerior, little kitchen. Free parking, only if you go through a 2 hour nerving sales pitch on bluegreen :-( . TV did not work, and the did not even bother to fix it. Some rooms don't even have a window. Only Qeen one bed.

TV hat nicht funktioniert. Nur ein Queen Bett.
