Ramada by Wyndham Ellsworth - Bar Harbor

The staff was very friendly and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was spacious with plenty of tables and a good variety of available food to choose from. The lady working there was very helpful and nice. The hotel is easy to find with easy access from the road and plenty of free parking. Close to many stores and restaurants. Short 25 min drive to Acadia National Park. Good price compared to other hotels in this area, but definitely not cheap. I would stay there again.

The hotel is nice but you can tell from wear and tear it has been some time since remodeling. It is clean but it could be nicer. Couch has seen better days, and the desk chair was creaking when sitting in it. Nice TV, but not "real" channels on it, only Samsung tv free channels. Overall a good experience with small shortcomings.

This Ramada was convenient for our touring in Acadia National Park. The room furnishings may be a little dated but the room was cozy with comfortable beds and numerous fluffy pillows. The large breakfast room is exceptional with a lovely outside deck with view of fall foliage. Many breakfast items to choose from including scones. Definitely the best breakfast experience we’ve had during these pandemic times. Front desk staff gave excellent dinner recommendation at a local restaurant. We ate dinner there twice!

Good accommodations for the price point, good location as not-so-expensive jump-off for Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Right beside a big grocery. Staff responded quickly to requests. Room was spacious.

The hotel could do with additional lighting and some interior design renovation.

I liked the location near Acadia National Park. I liked the clean room. I felt safe in the exercise room while the pool was opened & in use.

I did not like the fact that the room with an accessible bathroom only had 1 queen bed. I would have preferred an accessible bathroom with 2 queen beds.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff member was outstanding. From that moment on, everyone was pleasant. That was a big plus. Nonetheless, it was clean, great location and service. Well done Ramada!

The Hotel was under a major renovation. Construction crew on site. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was good. Our room was clean and one of the new rooms.

Pool was not heated

From the moment we checked in the staff was helpful and friendly. Lynn gave us a map of the area and welcomed us to the breakfast area. Our room was clean and quiet, our king bed was comfy. Staff didn’t hesitate to bring up an extra comforter for us as well when we asked. Only used the breakfast one morning and it was grab and go style with yogurts, bagels, cereals, coffee etc. Great price for a quick stay to visit Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park!

The breakfast did not serve eggs and was less extensive then a regular continental breakfast I’m guessing due to COVID restrictions. Other then that it was great!

Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly and accomadating. Right near some shopping so was great for a rainy day and also had space in the back for a cookout! Close enough to Acadia national park. 10/10

The staff was excellent and the room was so clean. I love the “ pet friendly “ option.

needs another waffle machine. It was a bit crowded for just one :(
