Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Baltimore North, MD

I have stayed at this property several times when I have business in Baltimore. It serves my purpose well. I have reviewed this place several times before

My frequent complaint is the quality of the towels. They are thin and require several to dry yourself with. Taking several showers a day between meetings it's difficult to get completely dry. This recent time the breakfast selection while extensive needed to be refilled . Waited for eggs, meat, bread and coffee. The fruit selection was one orange

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Price was reasonable and complimentary breakfast was nice.

one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I am disabled and this hotel offered an indoor pool with a lift so I could enjoy the pool, I verified that they had a lift prior to booking however upon arrival both lifts were not powering on and no one knew anything about the lifts to be able to have one of them working prior to my departure. I stayed a week.

That it was quite . That I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back.

That when I was checking out I asked the gentleman at the front desk for a receipt for my room and he told me I had to get it from booking.com cause that's where I did my reservation at. I have booked threw them before and still got my receipt when I checked out before.

This hotel has everything that you could want. Indoor pool, spa, fitness center and breakfast buffet. The location is perfect. I have never seen a hotel this clean and the staff was very accommodating. I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Baltimore.

Simple things are greatly undervalued. Checked in was simply and friendly. I asked at that time for a receipt and it was not a problem. Towels were very nice, large and fluffy

Nice to have breakfast back instead of grab and go but needs some attention. Had to put up a full coffee replacement thermos after stating coffee was empty

Room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was outstanding! Parking is easy, a lot of great shops and restaurants in area. Nearby area seems very safe.

Gym equipment wasn't in great shape. Elliptical broken, TV only on one channel, weight machine missing pin. Hot tub out of order was disappointing too.

Very high quality place. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you with someone available 24/7. Very clean and professionally run. I would highly recommend the Radisson Country Inn to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Nothing. It's hard to believe but nothing at all.

The staff was very friendly especially Jacky. As soon as i informed her my microwave wasn't working, she sent the maintenance guy to my room. He replaced it with a brand (straight out the box)new microwave.

The breakfast could have been better with more meat options to eat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but towels were old and faded. TV offered many channels.. Due to Covid-19, the breakfast menu was restricted (Waffles, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, banana, dry cereal, milk, juice and coffee).
