Quality Inn Takoma Park

Location was close to where I needed to go. Room was quiet. Housekeeping did not bother us while we were there.

TV did not work. Reported it. No one came to fix it. Phone in room didn't work. Smoke detector didn't blink to let you know if it was working or not. JBed was a little firm for me. Bathroom was small to me. Toilet was very low. Tub was very high. One grab bar at the front of the shower. Room smelled like smoke when we arrived.

This was my second stay here at this hotel and I had a better room this, it was much cleaner and the bed was very comfortable.

Although the room was much cleaner there is a roach problem, they were all over the nightstand and a few in the bathroom area and I had to make sure everything was in ziplock bags and my suitcases were closed up I didn’t want to bring any home!!

Staff Complain:when I go to rest and went to reception, l forgot my ID,and the person,a man informed him that he did not have my ID, and told me that he could not do anything,l have a reservation and he ignored me without professionalism,l have to return for my ID it did not give me any option (my questions is) what would have happened if l had really lost my ID,reservation also,the payment for the night was already pay by PayPal,l need to know what is the response to this incident was 05-28-22 l need the answer:(646)4201299 runnerm6038@gmail.com,l nedd to talk to the person in charge of the highest position,l want to know the answer please Thankyou.

The hotel is very clean, it has a location near a shopping center. Parking is free, the rooms are very clean, the housekeeping is very friendly, I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I liked the hotel, i have no bad comments about the hotel, my stay at the hotel was excellent.

Location was great for what we needed to do. It was quiet. Staff were okay. They had breakfast, but we didn't go there. Oh and they're air conditioner works really well.

The refrigerator didn't work. I called the office and they gave us another. Some smoke holes in the comforter. No real issues.

the breakfast was not good waffles every day!!no variety there’s was a I-hop next door were we had breakfast Also house keeper never came to room to check if we needed anything had to ask front desk to have her clean room beside that great place!!
