Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

The breakfast was not included so we did not pay the extra.

Continental breakfast was not included and was not paying the extra. Most people travelling look to have the breakfast included. Last time we stayed in Plymouth we stayed at Hampton Inn we will go back there as the amenities were similar and a great brekfast was included with same price for room. When we arrived we thought the breakfast was included but were told based on our rate it was not.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was great and reasonable, that had something for everyone and was conveniently located on the premises. The location was perfect for us and only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We will definitely be back!

we were there for 7 nights and we had to ask for maid service? The excuse for that is Covid? I can understand no maid service if you are only staying a couple of nights but not for 7 nights. And it shouldn’t be my responsibility to tell you that the trash needs to be taken out and the towels need replaced. The cost of the stay should have included that service.The pool and gym were closed for remodeling which was a bummer

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. One of the evening we were there my wife and I got take away dinner, the restaurant forgot plastic wear and when I went down to get some the bartender offered me a whole place setting from the hotel. It was a very good experience.

The only thing I had an issue with was that the pool was under renovation and it wasn't information included in the booking.

We were gathering for a sisters trip. One sisters flight was late but when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The lobby atmosphere was pleasant.

The continental breakfast was sparse and unappealing. We felt that paying for the additional breakfast items was not worth it. The breakfast staff were not warm and welcoming.

Location was convenient to Plymouth venues.

Booked with Hilton since they advertised an indoor pool. Got there and found out it had been drained and we were left " high and dry" during our stay.😣 Signs all over the place stating smoke free facility; unfortunately, someone had been smoking in our bedroom prior to our visit. Really smelled. Hilton did give some money back on room.

the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. the property was clean and well maintained. the room was nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! surprisingly quiet too!

there was nothing to notify us that the pool was under renovation until we got to the property. It was one of the reasons I booked the hotel, but there was plenty to do around the area so it wasn’t a big deal.

The ceiling in our bathroom had an issue with dampness causing the sheetrock tape to tear exposing a large tear. I have a picture and would gladly show it. That should have been taken care of.

wonderful staff, helpful and cheerful. the design of the lobby is actually spectacular with comfy places to sit or eat. the rooms are great with a nice TV and over-stuffed chair.

wifi was weak kept disconnecting

The customer service/front desk staff. The amenities. Cleanliness and the beds are amazing! Lauren and Merissa are exceptional at their jobs. We are regulars and also locals. There's nowhere else we would even consider staying. We're treated like family and the consistency with making sure we have an amazing stay is very impressive!
