location was perfect. everything you would need is close by. the hotel staff are amazing. this is what sets this place apart from others I have stayed it. it was like coming into my family home and being welcomed with such love and generosity. the morning breakfast is yummy and the staff keeps the place spotless. Front desk are helpful, kind and friendly. even the maintenance employee and housekeepers really did amazing. if I needed anything I only had to ask and they provided. I will always stay here.

the only downfall is the way the room is payed out. it’s a bit awkward how they have the bed and tv placed. but otherwise the rooms are really nice

There was plenty of room for breakfast and we liked the outside deck. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked the table and chairs in the room. The closet was huge!

Breakfast staff was watching everyone too closely felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok! Didn't like that we had to ask for milk and yogurt. wish it was out for us to chose, Would have liked another comfy chair in the room.

A little expensive but extremely clean, very comfortable, great facilities. Cleaning staff very helpful. Night front desk staff not very helpful & not communicative. We had requested a room close to an entrance because my husband is on oxygen & has mobility issues. The front desk person never told us that our room was next to another entrance & my husband could have had a much shorter walk to get to the room. But now that we know this we will stay here again.

I loved the breakfast, and the staff was always helpful! The pool was nice, not as warm as we would have liked, but it was a good time. They had a dog park, and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was good every morning, and George was very attentive and kept the area clean.

Place is nice and personnel very kind.

Breakfast is not good. Eggs are fake or pre-cooked and not tasty. Coffee was ok, somedays better than others. On another subject, for the price for the room should have a cleaning daily as a policy.

Location was conveniently near gas stations and restaurants.

The breakfast was not very good. Cold almost frozen eggs coming out of prepackaged fridge. Canadian bacon was dried and tasteless. Tv does it have remote instructions.

Liked the Location. The space of the room for my husband and my two children. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Thank you!

Our stay was very pleasant. The only Minor detail would be to the kitchen. Our cabinets hinges started to fall off. Could use a little bit more updating. Paint on door entry & in room. The Heater was loud. ( We like sound machines to sleep so not really a bother to us)

Great location near Buzzards Bay, beaches, antique shops and wonderful seafood restaurants. Room was clean with nice space and great view of cranberry farm.

Convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast choices, the shower head, TV size, king size bed.

The heater fan was a bit noisy and I could not turn it off because it was really cold outside.

We traveled down from NH to attend my grandfathers funeral. I was a wreck and two employees Cindy and Mike, went above and beyond to provide support to us. In my opinion Cindy and Mike are assets to your company and deserve a big raise and a ton of recognition.
