Very clean property. Room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Great for a one or two night stay.Nice to have a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Plymouth, the area had many local services. Close to several beaches as well. There is a nice pool area (which we did not use).

There was no place to hang clothing or a space to unpack clothing if so desired. Given that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, they could have been a small table and chairs for seating.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, swimming pool clean and in good shape. Location was convenient for our plans in the Plymouth area. Owner very friendly, and very attentive to restore WiFi when thunderstorm knocked it out. TV small but sufficient.

Air conditioner located high on wall between beds and worked fine, but was noisy and a bit disruptive through the night, even when just running the fan. Bathroom door didn't close tight, which wasn't an issue for us, but perhaps for others.

The bed was very comfortable mattress exceeding expectations for a Murphy style frame New managers were pleasant during check in and out.

The lights under the cooking hood and the kitchen cabinet were both in need of new bulbs. My main issue was the kitchen shown on the pages of the website was not the one I ended up with and was told that the unit I desired was NOT even an option as it no longer is available to reserve. I had about 50 dollars worth of food I was unable to cook because I did not have an oven I was counting on for baked goods. We made do but was disappointed for sure. Please make sure every photo is reviewed and the out of a date ones removed. Even the exterior there are old photos where the buildings are different colors

Nearly everything was functional. tTe new door entry tap system was easy. The Wi-Fi was speedy. The tv was fine. The bathroom was clean. The new floors are very nice.

The partial paint, yellow on the front of the buildings and flaking red on the backs and ends was somewhat off putting. The trash in the grass and driveways was tacky. The unpainted or stained decks will not winter well and beside really looking bad they are starting to rot in places. No tea in the room and the bathroom door-back hook is broken….room 217. And this hotel’s online phone number connects to a reservation service (Kinderhook, NY) who only book for a minimum of 1 week stays. Very confusing as they kept calling me back. I had to verify my res through Booking.com (online) and directly with people physically at the hotel.

PulledPerfect for what was needed ... clean no frills value Also, do to car issue, called ahead to alert ... gentleman at deak told where and how to retrieve key ... as i pulled up he had waited for my arrival

Received 2 emails confirming cc info ahead of arrival ... that never happened prior with a booking.com reservation ... It would take a phone call to resolve Also, have no idea from whom but later that evening received a text telling me my cc was temporarily locked and to call the included number ... I contacted cc company

Nice little breakfast snacks (muffins, yogurt, water, Keurig coffee, tea, juice, oranges, apples, etc) I liked that when our AC broke, they installed a new one and ran new electrical power wiring to another outlet and managed the cabling by stappling the wire nicely to the wall. The new AC was excellent, and the turnaround time for the repair was extremely fast.

The new owners are doing an incredibly good job. They are re-doing every room. They are landscaping with flowering bushes and plants! They are friendly. The pool is well maintained.

Perhaps the smokers could all be in rooms next to each other. We could not sit on the little porch due to our next door neighbor, who smoked there every 45 minutes.

Room was very clean. Very hot water in the shower. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. Towels were very good. Knowing that this was a motel when I lived in Manomet in the 1970's, I knew that it would be adequate for my needs as I was only there to sleep. I was in the older section. There is a new building and it looked like it would be very very nice. The gentleman at the office was very nice.

The room was in the old motel section, so the walls are thin - thus hearing the man snore in the next room. The blanket was a bit on the thin side. The furniture a bit old, but adequate. It was as expected for its age.

Nice little motel close enough to the tourist sights without being outragely expensive. Clean and quiet.

Owner tried to be very accommodating since he had just purchased the property and had closed on it a week before our arrival. This information was not disclosed by Booking.com when we made the reservation. However, we were please by his great effort to make the guest comfortable.

service was excellent, management and staff were attentive. the rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was accommodating, my overall view, staff was excellent and I will stay here again.

the shower in my room 121 had very little pressure but was usable. I would have the pressure in the shower checked.
