Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton

The location was awesome, I was on the 6th floor, we slept well. It was close to town center, atleast 20 minutes from most of the stuff we did.

The parking in the garage, was a little scared at night when we got in. I didn't notice anything unsafe tho. We celebrated our anniversary wish I got some balloons 🎈 or something in the room, would have been extra special

We were on the 10th floor looking over the Mass Pike, which was interesting, especially when it started snowing. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and cleaned on a daily basis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was pricey. We had it one morning and it was a good buffet. The food manager was particularly helpful and kind.

It was very clean, easy to find and was accessible in regards to parking and entry.

Having to pay for parking in parking garage, although I believe we had a ‘free pass’ being a guest.

My girlfriend loved the noises from the highway, she also loved how dark the rooms got. We both had the best sleep we've had in a while. even though my apartment is down the street we still felt like we are on a mini vacation. Staff was excellent as well, the manager even helped me decorate my room with NYE decorations.

The only things we had issues with the garage attendant. He yelled at my girlfriend and her friends multiple times, was not polite to me either. Also wish the Tv's had more streaming options for we did not have HBO max assessable.

Andrew and Bruce are the best people in the front desk! Housekeeping ladies, supervisors and maintenance guy are very friendly, efficient and responsive. Corner Cafe across the road serves excellent breakfast.

This is a step down hotel from when it was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Parking is $15 a night but better than the parking meter rates outside. No free breakfast as advertised due to COVID-19. Social Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday and may be closed for low occupancy without notice. New young front desk ladies need to learn more on customer service (friendliness, smile, tone, use of words). Hallways and elevators got marijuana smell caused by irresponsible guests.

I liked that the ac worked cause a lot of places don’t have working ac. The room was beautiful , staff was so nice . It was close to everything i wanted to do. It felt very welcoming

there was stains in the room that looked like blood. And there was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby so that’s fine

What I liked was that the room was clean, it was spacious I just wish that room service would come more often than every three days. I guess this is the way it is now because of the virus? And saving money.

I was on the 12th floor and I could still hear the traffic from the highway. The hotel being directly above the highway did not help matters. I do have to admit that the white sound machine in the room did help. I was glad to have realize that that was in there.

location was good, parking efficient, and room was spacoius. Toiletries were very nice and fragrant.

Our room was not replenished the next day, only the bathroom was cleaned, but no new towels (and our old towels were taken away), no replenishing of coffee or toiletries. Had to call housekeeping twice to bring towels and new toiletries, etc. But the reply was prompt.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good location right near the bus stop and goes directly to downtown.

The price was a bit high for us. Breakfast not included in the price and quite expensive.

The property was great the location was convenient the price was a little higher than we had hope the breakfast was good

we did get inconsistent facts or information from the hotel staff but they were very nice. The managers had the best information and we’re very informative however it was different from some of their stuff We thought it would be easier to get on the T to get into Boston
