Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

The location. We didn't hear all the busy sounds of the city.

The construction was going on Saturday morning when we were informed it was Monday through Friday. We were woken up early by pounding noises like a hammer or something. We had a late night ahead. The temperature and water pressure were not quite what we usually have staying in a hotel.

The location is right by the Arsenal Mall area, which was great. Room was a great size, and I loved the layout. The mirror area outside the bathroom was great to get ready, because it had good lighting and an electrical outlet! So I could do my hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom.

Bed was very bouncy - could feel every movement of the other person.

One of the Managers, i won't mention his name, the way he treated the staff, and I asked about safe in the rooms, he gave me a Lecture, we a poise of superiority as if I was his Kid, my wife had to stop me for answering. Otherwise everything was very pleasant. I will stay at Marriott again

This property is fantastic. staff is wonderful. we started last year for the same event and had the same tour of room. works for our family, thankfully it has a kitchen so we don’t need to spend extra on food.

Bedding could be a bit better, woke up exhausted and stiff. but it isn’t my bed so I’m sure that’s the reason

It was the closest hotel to our destination and was close to other things we needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed and was mostly comfortable.

The bed was close to what we were used to in other Marriotts but a bit on the firm side. Construction outside during our stay woke us up a few times in the night.

The room exceeded our expectations with the modern appearance, the layout and the addition of a kitchen. The overall appearance of the hotel is top notch and the staff at the from desk were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend others to stay here and if we plan another visit to Boston I will certainly stay here again.

The parking layout was tight but given the property size I can understand it. Also, the tiles used on ground level are very, very slippery if it is raining out and if entering through the side entrance there isn't a floor mat to dry off the bottoms of your shoes so extreme caution is required.

The king suite space was clean and comfortable. The decorations were nice and colorful and really made a difference in how comfortable the room felt. Lots of natural light in the room as well. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing about the stay here that I didn’t like. I think I wish there was covered parking for my vehicle, just because it was cold and rainy but the walk from the parking lot to the lobby was short anyway.

The facility was nice, modern, updated.

Daily cleaning of the room didn't happen and the room did not have proper stocking of supplies, paper towels, dishwasher det., etc. The lady over kitchen during the breakfast could have been much nicer and courteous.

Very comfortable and convenient for our trip. Oh and the decor throughout was phenomenal! I almost felt at home here.

Not the best view from our room and the big mirror on the bathroom door was filthy. We decided to clean it ourselves immediately.

Best Location, have good connectivity, have few amazing restaurants and outlets at walking distance. room size was excellent, had comprehensive good quality breakfast. friendly and helpful staff.

it would have helped if air conditioner could have been better
