Seaport Resort and Marina

The room was soo clean and huge!! I have never stayed in a room that big before.

I understand the hotel is under renovations but it would be nice if they offered a bar/restaurant within the facility and since they are under renovations and can’t serve breakfast I think there should be a slight discount.. even like 10$. If they can’t offer the whole “kit and kaboodle” then we as customers shouldn’t be expected to pay the full price.

The bed was super comfy, the Deluxe Suite had a newly renovated bathroom and great marina views. Saturday night there was live music at the waterfront bar just outside our room. It was very hot and humid, so after eating, we sat on our couch, looked out the windows, and listened to music. Bear in mind if you have all the drapes open for the view, you are in a fishbowl; large comfortable suite and views of marina, waterfront bar, band, ducks, gulls, and bridge traffic were worth it.

The air conditioners were Extremely noisy and didn't cool the room well; hot, humid, and stuffy or cold and very noisy. The bathroom didn't have towel racks or a soap dish in the shower. We put this down to "under renovation". Ice maker near our suite and only vending machine were broken. No breakfast, but a Dunkin' just down the road. We had a fantastic breakfast at Tia Maria's in downtown New Bedford - fantastic!

The rooms were clean. The outdoor bar was fun. the location was great for our purposes. Our coffee pot did not work, but when I mentioned it to housekeeping, she was wonderful about getting a new one for us.

The room was kind of small. It was a king sized bed. It felt like we were tripping over each other all the time. The part of the hotel we stayed in (towards the front) was quiet, but several family members had rooms toward the back that were very noisy even after the bar shut down.

Desk staff were efficient and accommodating. My room was spotless, and desired extra quilt delivered immediately. Due to COVID, no breakfast available. Also, someone checked on coffeemaker and it worked perfectly the second day. Location was prime. Close to downtown, not necessary to drive. Bonus was restaurant attached to property where I had excellent dinner both nights. Staff there were so personable and helpful.

Perhaps my fault but unaware of hourly bridge closure. Got stuck the first day.

Great value, don’t let the price fool you. I was nervous booking because the price was about 1/2 of what some of the other local hotels were…but it was great. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Would stay again. It was close enough to Longplex Sports Center in RI where we spent most of our time.

Our room smelled like smoke when we first arrived (non-smoking room), but we put the a/c on & it wasn’t bad after that & honestly we were barely at hotel so wasn’t huge deal.

The stay was phenomenal, I highly recommend this location to any and everyone. The room was absolutely perfect, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't think of a single bad moment in the entirety of my stay.

There's not a thing I could remotely even think of to complain about here, the place is great. The experience was excellent.

The breakfast lady was charming and very helpful. She made sure everything was orderly, clean and wiped down. Each and every staff member , including housekeeping greeted us with a smile and a 'good morning'.

due to COVID restrictions, breakfast was cancelled, but I was not informed of this when completing the reservation.

Lovely spot on the water. Close to lots of good restaurants. Loved the outdoor bar, the band that played the night we were there was not our type of music but hopefully they would diversify the type of music preformed.
