EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor, an IHG Hotel

Didn't receive our first breakfast included due to cook cut their finger and needed to go to get it checked out. The second breakfast was fine. Not the best that we have had but it was good.

This would have been our 3rd stay and overall, I would say that the cleanliness was just ok compared to the other stays. There was room for improvement but it wasn't outright gross either.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Shower stocked with great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Exercise/Yoga items in your room, if you are into that.

The toilet is very low profile ( low to the ground ). Hard to get up and down from when you have bad knees and back. Double beds are a bit small, husband and I had to sleep in separate beds, but they were very comfortable.

As a newer hotel, we liked the cleanliness of the hotel, friendly staff, and unique amenities, like exercise equipment in our room. The location of the hotel was great since it was about 5-7 minutes from campus.

As with other hotels and businesses, there was a staffing issue with the hotel restaurant/bar. It took some time to get breakfast out. Also, only one elevator was working at the time, so there was a delay in getting up to your floor.

The hotel was recently renovated it seemed, nice place, cool concept, I also liked the way it looked, pretty cool design!

When they renovated they should have gotten new beds, the one we had was not comfortable at all, and the TV stated, “Welcome to Atlanta, Sandra” and didn’t allow streaming, but other than that, no complaints!

We booked the room at this Even Hotel without realizing it had fitness equipment in the rooms! It was nice to workout in our room in addition to the wonderful gym! The rooms were a good size which included a workout area! We loved the big bathroom with the huge shower! We got the adjoining rooms that we requested. The staff was super friendly and courteous! We will definitely book an Even Hotel in the future!

The only downside was that our room was close to a freeway so it was a bit noisy...but earplugs solved that issue.

I was delightfully surprised at how clean the entire facility was and the layout of the rooms are pleasantly different and comfortable. I love the workout equipment in every room and will definitely be searching for this hotel name again.

The only things that I didn’t like was there was only one community microwave on the floor and not in each room, the only other thing was having to pay extra for breakfast and/or dinner

Room was very clean and the renovations are nice and tasteful. Loved the big TV and shower as well.

We wish there had been a microwave in the room. The microwaves in the common areas were slightly dirty. Also, having laundry facilities would be great, especially since this is a workout oriented hotel.

Our room was great and the breakfast meals were delicious! The only thing missing when traveling with an 11 month old was no bath tub to help with bathing, the sink was deep enough to do a quick sit down bath, luckily our daughter is tiny.

I ordered two eggs and there was only one made not two had to ask for salt and pepper didn't have a spoon had to ask

No way was there two eggs only one very disappointed service was not that great they were nice but not efficient

Awesome workout facilities. Like the workout equipment in the room as well. Also thought it was exciting to see cards at the front desk with outside running routes!

The temperature in the gym was high and there were no fans.
