All the staff were great and very helpful. I had to extend my stay for a few days to accommodate for my Grandpa's funeral the young man at the front desk made it quick, simple and easy he also made sure he had everything correct not once but twice.

Only thing bad I can say when someone is walking down the hall on the second floor it gets a little loud

The breakfast had a lot of options including eggs egg sandwiches cereals yogurt coffee but it closed up at 9 AM. The manager was nice enough to pay for an Uber for us to get back to the airport because the hotel’s regular shuttle person had a personal emergency and couldn’t drive us back to the airport rental counter. In encountering three of the staff members I found them to be friendly helpful and truly interested in making our stay as pleasant and easy as possible!

Breakfast could’ve been till 10 o’clock so my sleepy wife could’ve got up in time to eat.

Very well kept property, very clean, comfortable beds, they do have feather pillows, which I hate, but that’s my opinion, other than that was very satisfied with our stay! They also have a beautiful fireplace and two nice sized grills out front. the hot breakfast was nice as well.

I appreciated the breakfast, but choices were limited and inconsistent from one day to the next. The complimentary water was greatly appreciated.

The TV is located on the side of the wall in the room. It’s kind of uncomfortable since the Bed faces a different direction. I have neck issues and had to turn sideways to watch television which was not very comfortable when tryin to relax and enjoy a movie.

The breakfast area was easy to locate. It was also clean and well stocked. There was a nice variety of options for breakfast. The food was delicious. The hotel was easy to find. The room was in excellent condition. The 12 pm checkout was helpful.

The bathroom near the lobby could've been cleaner. The bathroom in the room itself was clean, spacious, and very modern. However, the toilet was way too close to the sink.

They were helpful and accommodating on such short notice for us . Beautiful room. Bed was a little hard. Pullout sofa bed for my kid . Able to have my dogs in the room as well. So pet friendly is always a plus. Overall a beautiful, clean room.

Did charge a pet fee of 75$ ( one time fee for whole stay) but we only stayed one day so it seemed a little pricey. Only not clean thing was the sofa. Lots of stains on it .

Loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Also very much enjoyed its studio layout.

Didn't enjoy how the fan didn't work in the bathroom, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom were so sensitive that every time I moved in my sleep, the lights would turn on. Had to sleep with the door closed.

The location was perfect if you’re traveling by air. The hotel is located ~5 minutes away. The property was very clean.

I would’ve given a full 10, if the room was serviced everyday while we were there.

A wonderful choice conveniently located near the Gerald Ford (GRR) Airport. Very friendly staff. Rooms are large and clean. Parking is plentiful. Strongly recommend this hotel if you're in the Grand Rapids area.

We were pleasantly surprised to learn upon arrival of a room UPGRADE! As we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, this was a wonderful surprise! Enjoyed the extra space as it felt like a little apartment (included a full kitchen!)

Sure wish waffles were served during the week and not just the weekend - my husband does not like eggs or cereal. But we made due.
