Baymont by Wyndham Howell/Brighton

Right from the start until the end everybody was super friendly and super helpful. I could check in way early as my flights had changed last minute and I arrived way before lunch, after having been up for 26 hours and all I wanted was a bed to sleep which they happily provided. Appreciated. The breakfast room was currently being renovated so breakfast was served in a small corner in the lobby. But there were bot too many people so no problem with that. Breakfast itself was small but offered a good choice to start into the day. I liked that as well. Unfortunately I did not have the time to check out the pool but it looked nice as well. The room was big with enough space, it was clean and comfortable. The fridge was cold enough to actually freeze ma cokes half way through. Pretty cool :) The overall experience was more that I expected for that price tag.

The executive suite was nice, plenty of space since we had kids and other family visiting from another room. Room was fairly clean but not spotless. Jet tub was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, probably the best out of any hotel we've stayed at in a long time. And pillows were comfortable too.

Walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the dinginess of the walls took away from the niceness of the executive suite. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and cups, the desk staff told us they didn't have any? Not enough coffee stocked in room. No coffee at continental breakfast, we were there for an hour. Pool area could use a deep clean.

The parking area was organized, spaces well marked and roomy, and very well lit. The room was spotlessly clean and well organized. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Everything was organized and ship-shape.

I would have like a bigger and more comfortable chair in the room. Also, the beds, while very comfortable, were rather high off the floor. I would have found the bed easier to use were it a few inches lower than it was. But it was still a very good experience.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my change of reservation without hesitation. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

The only negative thing I would comment on: There are 2 ice machines in this property.. one on the first and one on the third floor. When I was there in July, one of the ice machines was out of service and removed. When I returned for my stay August, BOTH ice machines were out of service and removed.

The Hotel was close to our family. They were friendly to our Service Dog. The price for a multi day stay was good.

We were there for 6 days. They only cleaned our room once. We had waste cans overflowing. They would not have cleaned our room at all, except we complained loudly. They only cleaned it grudgingly. The free breakfast isn't very good. Eggs, muffins, yougurt and cereal. No meat or sausage. The toilet kept flushing and needs to be fixed. The bed was so high off the ground we had to buy a stool.

The breakfast was great. It was located down the road from where we were going.

There wasn't any place to plug in a USB cord to charge my phone. Just a simple USB plug in adapter from the desk would have been nice. I would pay a dollar for it. Also, I has a hard time getting up from the toilet. Just a little lower than normal.

Pool how clean the hotel is how bright they smile no matter rain or bad night again they rock all deserve raise or paid lunch i know i bought them lunch to make them take a brake again owe them alot more then o can say on this i .m very sick im 34 no family no friends am scariest time of my life i dont feel alone here i even beg a church to help pay my stay for 3 days till i started bk up my handyman service i will be staying anther 5 days an mabe more who knows

I love it here all the women an one man in the staff make it a home ive stayed going on 4 weeks now scarlet Joanne n kristie plus cindy n hard working cleaning crew deserve a gold star last few weekends an days been hard an even tho i am sick n some days cant leave the bed they will find time in there busy sched to call room or check in i owe this staff more then dumb review thk u all Makin me feel like i have a family when im so alone thk u

was able to book second night due to circumstances. We swam twice. Scarlet, the manager was kind and personable. Besides being manager and desk attendant, she had to serve everyone breakfast every day. She did not complain, but we were sorry for her.

Pool not very clear. Very small pool towels, didn't want to use two. Deck is very rough to feet. Wore white socks to walk to pool and they were very dirty by the time I got back to my room. I guess carpets needed shampooed. Shower weak; didn't see a way to turn shower head to make it stronger.

Hotel under renovation but our room was clean and nice. All staff very friendly and helpful

I wish we had clean towels at least every other day our stay was five days. Had to ask for bath tissue and Kleenex. Housekeeping did not attend our room all the time we were there.

Lady at front desk was amazing. Tried to find us a better room with walk in shower, but I was fine with what I had. She apologize for the jacuzzi. But I brought my own disinfects for it. Good location because its walking distance to Tanger outlets☺ I would stay again but I will have the walk in shower next time. And get in the pool.

Weird stains in jacuzzi tub & hair. Water from shower head was not hard enough. Bed to soft. Told that due to covid that breakfast would be in a small container and we had to eat in our rooms. Which was fine, BUT breakfast was behind the front desk & their was cereal w/milk, mini yogurt, mini bananas, mini oranges, & coffee. I wouldve tried to sleep in if I knew it was just that
