Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ann Arbor West, an IHG Hotel

The staff was friendly and there were many breakfast options.

The beds weren't as comfortable as hoped but still not terrible, and other customers were loud in the hallways late at night and stomping around in the room above us (has nothing to do with the place itself)

the bed was truly so comfortable & the bathroom lighting was immaculate & i felt safe as a solo female traveller

there were a couple little fruit flies and 2 big spiders in my room and a few hairs on the towels

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were super nice!

Breakfast was good, although we were bummed the pancake machine was out of order and there were no hard boiled eggs.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The front desk staff let us know about all the amenities along with breakfast times which was very helpful. She said if we need anything just call. Very hospitable.

Nothing that we did not like - the breakfast was not the best - oatmeal was abit tasteless - cheese omlette was a little rubbery and the pancakes were so so but the machine that made them was neat. On the upside the hot chocolate and coffee were great. There was an abundance of everything - no shortage of options - great choices from hot items, cereal, bagels, pastries, muffins, etc.

The room was wonderful. Beautiful, great bed and mattress, no horrible lights on the clock or TV, great desk and fantastic office chair. Perfect temperature. Friendly and competent reception. Quiet. Perfect location for me. The wifi worked fine.

Breakfast was negligible. There should be a sign in the room about checkout time and the hours for breakfast. One night, a fire alarm went off at around 6am. There was no fire. The shower created a puddle on the bathroom floor, but it was easily absorbed by the extra towels.

The location was easy to find. Staff was great. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay. Will stay again if we go that way again.

The breakfast was the only downfall. The oj was out. No syrup, eggs were burned and the bacon was sitting in a pool of grease. Not impressed. We did walk away from that.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice. Breakfast area was nice and offered more space than many we have been to. Overall very and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You

The pool area was out of towels. Hotel room booked for 3 only had two towels. There was only one elevator working for 4 floors and a packed hotel. This made getting to your room and checking out a time consuming process. We had intended to use washer at hotel as we stayed a couple night but it was out of order. Overall these were just minor inconveniences and the stay was enjoyable.

The welcome desk woman was awesome. Very hospitable and funny. Was a very long drive that day so being greeted by someone like her made all the difference haha.

Our door was unlocked when we arrived to it and there was a big hard alcohol bottle in our fridge so it looked like someone was using the room

staff was amazing and very polite and accommodating, facility was clean, pool was nice and hot tub was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and actually a hot breakfast not just cereal, oatmeal and yogurt like some hotels.

The only thing I could say that could be considered a negative is the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable but at the same time, not many are!
