Great location, great reception, good breakfast

room was a bit tired and smelled old.

We stayed here while visiting Family and Mall of America (MOA). We had three rooms booked for family. The suites are very large so we could gather and visit. We felt the rooms were very reasonably priced. The hotel offered shuttle service to the airport and MOA; be sure to take the hotel business card to call for pickup. Since I had my car we picked up family from the Humphrey Terminal, which was a very easy and quick drive. The MSP international airport is easy and a short distance further. Although it is close to the airport we seldom heard noise. The hotel staff we encountered we all very friendly and accommodating. We asked if we could borrow a few meeting room chairs to use in our room for additional seating and it was not a problem. Like I mentioned, the suites are very large but lack seating so this was a nice option. Breakfast was the usual cold and hot options, but it was satisfying. Parking can be limited; not an abundance of spaces. Restaurants are close but probably not walkable, however the shuttle may drop off near MOA. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

The room is huge, and the main beds are nice. It's within walking distance of the mall if you want to walk. Room prices are nice and made the stay feel very nice for what is offered would definitely stay here again in the future.

The pull out couch could be better. You can feel the metal frame supporting the mattress. It's good for kids, but maybe on someone 6 feet 160lbs. Parking is a bit busy, but this hotels primary attraction is mostly park and fly, so kinda expected that.

shuttle is very handy - but the lady at the desk could have told us to "watch for the red van" since it is very distinctive. Also, we found out afterwards that we could have used the shuttle to go to a local restaurant since they are so far off the beaten track. No one told us so we kept our car until we finished dinner. Then took the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel for the night. The shuttle service is a nice benefit and should be highlighted by staff.

this is just for the hotel - you need to get with Booking.Com (our normal booking site) and figure what is wrong with the confirmation # THEY send out that does not match with YOUR confirmation #'s. There was a mix-up and our confirmation from Booking.com was not valid for the hotel. Luckily the hotel had space so we just booked it directly at the time.

Room was big and Clean very comfortable the staff they were very nice the location was great for us close to airport and Mall of America. Breakfast was good! and the breakfast staff were nice ladies! overall it was a great stay

Our sofa bed was a little dirty asked them to change the sheets they(staff) were very fast to change it. Nothing bad because they fix it right way they make sure things are clean but thing happens just a human mistake :)

Very clean; airport shuttle 24/7

Front desk staff was a little sassy; seemed out out we booked through s third party and commented about the water being a perk of Hilton but since it was a “third party booking” and made very vocal reference to it while we checked in and others nearby… I didn’t realize that as we are Gold Hilton members. we also got a sassy and pointed email about parking and we had no intention of parking our car long term. we didn’t even have a car.

Great location...near the airport, Mall of America, and Ikea. Breakfast was nice.

We heard the pool was cold. We saw the pool was over crowded. We smelled super strong chlorine in the pool area. We waited until Sunday afternoon to go swimming when there would be less people only to find they had closed the pool for 36 hours for cleaning. Stayed at this hotel (with a pool) for three nights and never got to go swimming. That was disappointing!

Staff was so accommodating when we found that the first room we were given had a suitcase and purse already in it from some other guest. They immediately gave us another great room and we're very apologetic for the mixup. We were amazed how quiet the room was even though it was so close to the airport.

I don't know that anything could have been improved. Everything was great.

The front desk staff was super helpful & accommodating! The lady in the evening with dark very curly hair was especially kind as were the shuttle drivers! It was a bummer that the waffle machine didn’t work and the pool was closed all Friday morning but, we understand that things happen! Thanks for a fun place to stay near all we were going to do! We’ll be back!

Breakfast very good. Counter staff and shuttle drivers, very nice/friendly/helpful. I particularly like the fact that there was a safety bar in the tub/shower. And that they do NOT place people with dogs in floors above #1 & #2. Getting a room that does not smell like dog is important to me. My room was on 4th floor and did NOT smell like dog. Also bed was comfortable.
