The room was big, clean, & accommodating. I loved the tree screens on the windows. My room was right next to the elevators, & you didn't hear a thing. The breakfast was also very good. Lots of options & varieties. The staff was very friendly & speedy when things ran out for breakfast. The hot tub was so nice & relaxing.
The pool was pretty cold. Not much one tv. Lots of news & sports stations.

It was better than my expectations. The service was hospitable. The place was clean and well-maintained by staff. I also like the local newspapers.
I didn't like having to submit a credit card for incidentals, an outdated and unnecessary practice that puts my financial identity at risk.

We had a very nice time at the room, but wished there were more attractions within walking distance to the room. The room and all to do with our stay was great, but we hoped there would be more to do while on foot. The city and area is a disaster for a pedestrian. We took a taxi downtown only to find it was dead and everything closed very early. We tried to use the bus service but it was unclear where it would pick us up and apparently we missed it. Clearly marked bus stops would be great.

The stay was great... But booking.com made my name backwards uses last name as your first name) on the reservation, causing some unneeded stress 😬 at check-in. Not the property's fault. Just a heads up, in case they can't find your reservation at first.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done and had many options. Staff was great! very friendly!
My only issue was the price of the rooms. We had few options left when making reservations and they seemed to hike the fees on the weekend we were in town. Higher than others in the area with same accommodations.

Excellent customer service from front desk agents to those setting up the breakfast each morning!
The pillows in the room were all the same softness which was too soft. There also was no chair except the desk chair in the room.

The construction is horrible.. but not hotels fault. It would have been nice to have USB ports in hotel and outlets by the nightstand.

The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were quite nice. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We loved the little food panty. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff person there was exceptional.
