GrandStay Hotel & Suites La Crosse

Lot of space in room. Beds comfortable . Breakfast was good. Close to places we were planning to go to. Staff pleasant. Shower water nice and hot.

Our door was very hard to open always stuck. Mentioned when we checked out girl at desk said yes our 3 rd floor doors have to be lifted up to open should have told us that at check in. Refrigerator kind of noisy but didn’t keep us awake.

Complimentary breakfast available before heading out for the day was nice, great location as well as customer service, Keyshia was exceptional, appreciated her offer to make fresh pot of coffee upon our evening arrival♡

Keeping up with replenishing food items during morning breakfast rush was attempted but overheard other guests commenting they were going to Kwik Trip so they could get something to eat. Gal working area was kind and pleasant and trying.

Everything went well! The breakfast all 3 days was great. The room was super and the whole place was super clean. There was a great dinning place I could walk to and the Folk Fest I went to I could also walk to! I was a great weekend!

I can think of nothing this place could of done better! This place is great!!

i love this place! it is really comfortable and welcoming. staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable, big, and well equipped with everything you need.

I do think the hotel needs to offer a better breakfast though. There are not many choices and, especially, for people with health issues. if you have diabetes, or you are celiac, or you are vegetarian, you need to bring your own food.

The hotel was only 1 block from the Mississippi River and from a park. It was walking distance from downtown so that was convenient also. Very nice restaurants were all within walking distance as well.

The GrandStay Hotel & Suites of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Has always been one of my favorite places to stay when I come to the Three Rivers area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well maintained and very clean and comfortable. A "Home" away from "Home."

My stay could of been longer. I hope on my next visit, I will have time to enjoy the accommodations and attractions that la crosse has ot offer. Along with Warmer Weather. "Cold Winters Day." The Change of Seasons are in sight.

We've stayed here before and this latest stay was just like the others. Nice room, good amenities, good breakfast, quiet location. Will certainly stay here again when we're back in La Crosse.

There really isn't anything. It's not a luxury hotel so don't expect that level. If I had to absolutely nitpick something it would be smell of the cleaning solution they use. It's not offensive and I understand why they use it. That's it.

It was nice inside, nice rooms and staff. Breakfast was very good and the 2 workers who took care of that area kept it clean. They also kept the drinks and food filled up. It was very busy and they did a greT job with a positive attitude.

It was a little noisy. The TV in the living area was super low, so it was sort of awkward watching it.

Our room was spacious, clean, had a kitchenette and a separate sleeping room from the sitting area. The breakfast was a typical fair

The only issue we had with was the almost over powering smell in the room when we first walked in. It was the cleaning or disinfectant smell which caused us to immediately open the windows to air out the place. It took about 5 hours to me to

There was an issue checking in. Due to maintenance issues in our room, we couldn't check in. Hotel sent us to Fairfield Inn and paid for the night. We re checked in on day 2 and it all went well. Though the hick up when checked in on day 1, the hotel has done their best to remedy the situation.
