The staff and management were outstanding. We had evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane IDA. The management held rooms for all of the evacuees so we did not have to worry about how LONG we needed to stay. They did not raise their rates to take advantage of the situation. I want to give a special Shout out to Paula at the fron desk and manager Eric who were kind, friendly and accommodating during the entire stay.
Breakfast was only coffee and juice - due to covid.

The location is perfect. Your in between laurel and hatttiesburg
Most of the doors to the outside wasn't working properly so I had to keep coming thru the front entrance instead of the side doors they were close to my roon

Besides the cleanliness, I liked our stay here a lot because it was probably the quietest stay I have ever had in a hotel. I heard one sound one time in 3 days there. That was excellent!
My only complaint would be is that the bed probably needs to be replaced. It was pretty worn out. The fitted bed sheet didn’t fit the bed and kept popping off but at least it was still very clean.

Check-in staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had a very strong odor that wasn't pleasant. Checkout staff was very dismisdive, he was wat hing tv and did not even bother printing me a reciept. I was afraid I'd be charge for another night and took pictures of my room key placed on the front desk counter with other room keys as checkout proof.

The room was large, looked clean and didn't have any weird smells. The shower was hot.
The mattress was super firm and uncomfortable. It sounded like a herd of elephants running around the room above us all night and there was a child in the room next door that was pretty noisy.

The property was very clean. It even smelled clean. The room was comfy and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. We stayed here while visiting Laurel. We’ll definitely stay again next time we come.

The night clerk was amazing she made sure we had what we needed around 1 in the morning
The lady that checked me in was very rude checked in about 8 said she couldn't find my reservation that I would have to wait but the reservation was there and she was all you should have stayed home if you were getting away from the storm well that was not what we were doing
