This hotel was very nice, clean, and had beautiful decor. I absolutely loved the unique window treatment. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having the soaps and lotions displays was an added touch.

The hot breakfast section was scarce and I'm so not a fan of continental breakfast at all!!! For the cost of these rooms, that hot breakfast needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!! And pillows were way too soft for me.

Appeared to be new - great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Beds very comfortable- near a movie theater.

Although the room was very cold in July, the AC unit was very noisy when it came on during the night. The room was small but worked well for one night stay while traveling.The lightbulbs were too bright and unable to adjust.

You gain confidence that it’s a nice place upon pulling up and seeing the outside of the building. You notice that it’s clean as soon as you walk in. The staff is highly attentive and cordial. The room was cool as soon as we walked in—and it got more than cool enough for a good sleep. The pull-down shade over the window blocked out light perfectly. They had a great selection of quick breakfast options: bagels, Jimmy Dean biscuits, cereal, fruit, and a few other things, plus, a 24-hour coffee bar; and it’s in a nice lobby with plenty of chairs and tables. And there’s a sufficient market with the essentials (coke, snacks, toiletries).

Let’s not call it dislike, but a recommendation: Ask for black tape upon your arrival. This is to put over very bright (and sometimes flashing) lights on a smoke detector and what looked to be a motion detector.

I was charged a $150 fee, still waiting to hear back as to why I had this charge. We only slept there at night, no damage whatsoever.?? I had a similar experience at a Hilton in batón rouge, after numerous calls, it was a bogus charge by one of the staff.

location and cleanliness

just had the smell of marijuana coming from another room. Not hotels fault. We informed desk clerk upon checkout, but was so tired from our long trip the night before, that we just went on to sleep instead of reporting it.

Very clean, shower was real nice and bed was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly.

Breakfast ended way too early, so we never got to eat there, and the price was for that also. No microwave in the room.

It was nice and clean and had a modern feel to it.

Indoor pool would be great and better breakfast selections for young children. The pillows were amazing, but the mattress could use some improvement.

The facility is nice. We were very comfortable.

We could have used more room service, I.e., linens (towels), emptying garbage. However when we requested it, it was provided. Parking is scarce on the weekend.

I liked the property but I was disappointed because I had to leave a security deposit in case I made any damages but I left my phone charger on check out day and went back to get it and the housekeeper said they didn’t find it which was a lie because I left it plugged in the wall between the double beds. They make sure their secured what about our things. It’s a great hotel but don’t think you’re gonna leave something and go back and get it.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the location. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. From the time that I checked in until I checked out it was exceptional.
