We loved the location. We were pleased with the pricing of the room. Kim, who checked us in upon arrival, was wonderful! She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I truly enjoyed our conversation! I told her we were on our way to Orange Beach, Alabama. She talked of her interest in visiting the ocean but her inability to do that at this time. I told her I would put my feet in the water for her. I truly did that! Kim, I thought of you when I first went in to the ocean and I sincerely hope you get to take that trip one day! You are a terrific lady!

I liked the location it wasn't hard to find it was located near a shopping center and the gas station was next door. It was very clean, there wasn't any loud noises and we were not disturbed doing our stay. I enjoyed the time we spent there and I will stay again in the future.
I didn't like the fact that at the time of the booking it said continental breakfast included but there was no continental breakfast. My granddaughter was very disappointed she was looking for breakfast and when we checked in we were not told that it would not be any breakfast. Otherwise everything else was great.

I'd actually chosen to leave early, before breakfast. But the person who checked me in could not have been any nicer. I felt right at home, which is important to someone when they're traveling.

I didn't use the breakfast because I am on a program to loss weight. I used the coffee. The receptionist was SUPER friendly and an enjoyment to talking with after driving 200 miles. The cleaning staff was easy to talk to.
Trying to find the hotel was a with tricky. Google has the wrong address for you. However, your large sign was easy to see when I was driving to find the hotel. This has nothing to do with the hotel. Google needs to fix it.

Had a couple of minor issues (light bulbs missing being one) but the staff provided solutions right away. Very friendly and accommodating. The price was less than expected and the value was therefore very good.

Didn't make it to Hotel to check in until about 9:30p .The lady( Front Desk Clerk) was very very very rude, angry, not friendly etc.. she finally said she was having a very bad day, after I told her what her job description suppose to be, she also know I was going to Report her to the manager, She also wouldn't give me her name because the manager knows who works the shift she said.. Absolutely terrible
