Days Inn by Wyndham Laurel MS

Though the hotel isn't new, we had a very comfortable night. Everything was clean - bed, bathroom...shower worked well. There was an extra towel already so I didn't have to ask. When my hubby turned the AC very cool and I woke up cold, I was cheerfully given the extra blanket I asked for. No complaints! The night before we had used points to stay at a more upscale hotel. But other than things not looking new, I can't say this one was any less comfortable or clean! Would definitely stay here again. We didn't go to breakfast after reading negative reviews, so I can't comment on that.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast was above average.

We book Because it had a very clean Looking pool, it was very hot and we wanted to use it. Unfortunately, the pool was very nasty and was full of dirt bug And algea the trash cans where over flowing and there were no towels in pool area... when we told management all we got was a blank stare like what do you want me to do about it.... I think on our next trip we will stay elsewhere

Location was fine. Breakfast was adequate.

Room was in need of refreshing. Stains on walls, on furniture, on doors.

The breakfast including the coffee was subpar. Hardly any food options. No fruit. Nothing hot other than using the toaster for white bagels or white bread. The coffee claimed to be Community but tasted nothing like it. We were happy that their were fruit juices!

The breakfast attendant was the best thus far. She was very friendly, courteous, professional, stayed on top of sanitizing every table immediately after use. She was very helpful about attraction.

The elevator always seemed like it never was swept/vacuumed. I understand they had workers there but it did not matter what time of day or night we used elevator, it always had dried dirt in it. Other than that was clean.

property had been completely refreshed since our last stay, full breakfast was served and was fantastic!

had to ask for fresh towels a couple of times, but housekeeping was short staffed.

We have stayed here multiple times while it was a Best Western. It is now a Days Inn. Same smiling faces at the desk. We will be staying at this location every time we visit Laurel.

Breakfast was better when it was Best Western, but was enough to grab a quick bite.

Paid fees left the room a mess. Desk person had to clean up after them when we got to our room and discovered it in disarray. Stair well proper open from outside all the way to 3rd floor. Wondered if fire hazard or potential for unwanted people to access hotel. Front desk person away from front long periods of time due to her needed to clean and fix televisions.

The location was very convenient to the downtown attractions. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of warm and cold options. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful-very accommodating and friendly.

The only criticism I have is that the carpet in our room had some large stains-it could use an update. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

Easy to find, close to everything we wanted to do. Property was clean. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not sure if it was because of the weather, but hallway was extremely warm and humid. Like walking in a sauna. Also, when we first arrived in room, it was very humid. But once we adjusted the air settings it got better. Also, ice machine on our floor was not working.
