The staff were very friendly and fun to talk to.

The computer system when we were checking in had crashed and we wound up playing musical chairs with rooms. We started in one room on the second floor and were told about 30 mins in that we needed to move because we were given the room in error. I believe it was because it was just two of us and the room was a king size bed and I believe a pull out couch. We were moved to the first floor with just a king size (which is what I had requested in the first place). It was definitely not the staff's fault, with the system being down we could see it caused them a lot of stress trying to figure out rooms. That was really the only major issue we had.

central location to many great neighborhoods- literally 10 minutes from whatever you want. nice little patio, especially for a city hotel. next to coffee, gas, art supplies, Italian restaurant 2 doors down. good parking lot in back, little parking lot in front. even a laundromat behind the building, Caty corner to the parking lot.

nothing the staff can control, it is Main Street after all. Fridays and Saturdays are nuts- booming cars; revving motorcycles; atv convoys, multiple venues Main Street is also currently under construction for a trolley line till 2025 thin walls, no vent in bathroom manageable if you are mellow and looking for a bargain.

The staff was fabulous! Very personable, welcoming, and accommodating. Kevin got us checked in and I could see that he was busy, but he gave us his attention and a nice beverage and joked around with us as we headed out for dinner. Terri in the breakfast bar was awesome, and while I didn't get the names of the ladies who got us checked out the next morning, they were lovely as well. EVERYONE including the maintenance and cleaning staff that we passed (in both the evening and the morning) had a smile or wave or something nice to say- that's hardly the standard these days and it was truly lovely. Hats off to the Seville staff! The hotel was clean throughout, there were PLENTY of towels and pillows, and it was a quiet stay at a very convenient location. The cinnamon rolls were tasty too! 😋

I would note that if you have mobility issues to consider, call the front desk to ask if there is an alternate entrance/access to the elevator. There are a few steps in the lobby that could potentially be difficult to navigate, depending on your needs.

Well, the staff was fantastic, all the way around--from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast preparers.

Here's the thing: It didn't bother me much, but the breakfast kitchen ran out of stuff for a varied breakfast while I was there, about a day or so before the next major delivery. I noticed some guests quite unhappy with the very slim choices for breakfast at that time. I've known restaurants who, when they run out of something fairly essential to their menu before their next delivery, will make a run to a local grocer to acquire that stuff. That is what should have been done in this case as well.

The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go and all for a stellar price. It was next to a QuikTrip, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and check-in was easy.

The parking was tight due to the size of the lot and because of construction (which is out of the hotels control) it was difficult to figure out how to get into the parking lot, but once we figured it out it wasn't a problem. The main parking lot has steps down to the entrance, which wasn't ideal for luggage but there is a parking lot in the front with easier access.

Was there at 6:45am every morning for breakfast! Was good ñ ALWAYS ON TIME!!

We had no complaints! we really could have walked everywhere shopping 🛍️ food gas etc STAFF Was very very attentive n helpful when needed we also felt safe because the front doors are 🔒 at night by 10 unless u have a key! Ñ WAS CLEAN!

Price, breakfast, free parking and location to downtown.

It is an older hotel so soundproofing is outdated. Guests were rude, slamming doors yelling well past 1am, not really the hotels fault, some people just don't have any respect for others. We had issues with all hot and no cold water at points and slow flushing, but at least we had some warning with the signs posted due to the streetcar work and knew what to possibly expect and all was ok.

It was pretty private for me in a decent location, I didn't experience what others might have experienced, meaning that I didn't have no problems the staff was very nice and professional. My daughter and I was very safe being there.

The only thing was the hotel has thin walls. Other then that wasn't nothing else.

Location. Good value. Free parking. Breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Pleasant, friendly staff.

Breakfast options were limited. Cleaning schedule for room not clear. Initially only one extra roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days. Wish it had a pool but knew that when booking.

Very comfortable bed, safe central location in Kansas City.

I don't like security deposits,, I don't know the full risks rewards. But sometimes a customer or myself I'm paying 1400 for a week. No one likes there money on hold, so many live close to the 0. Traveling for business often I have no liability or responsibility to pay the bill in your past but stall had to present my own 100 or 200 dollar deposit. I guess you are not the portal for that..
