Quality Inn Ozark

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such friendly front desk staff. They made us feel so very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them while we ate breakfast and each evening when we came in. Mariette was especially kind and we felt as though we had made a new friend.

The only complaint is that the original room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We went to the desk and and let them know that we were highly allergic and that it would not work. She lady was very kind and promptly found us another room that worked fine. We were very satisfied and will be staying with y'all again when we are in the area.

This was our only option of a hotel to the location we were going to. We did arrive earlier than expected. And luckily check in time was 2 pm and we had to just wait two hours before could check in. But it was ok as we got the opportunity to look around. Breakfast was good but no bacon :( And eggs were way better than the eggs we had in the previous hotel. Also, the best thing about this location was the pool and hot tub. It was the only hotel we'd gone to that actually had a warm pool. And the jacuzzi was a bonus for me. :)

Staff was nice but could have been friendlier. They could work on their friendliness. The other places we stayed at we felt welcome. There's a difference between feeling welcome and being just sort of friendly. You're the first person we meet and the last person we see when we check out. We arrive tired from our trip and we just want a friendly check in and also a quick check in.

The breakfast was adequate. I always love the waffle maker. The coffee was excellent as well as the orange juice. There was plenty of breakfast available.

The breakfast set up could use a little work. The drink area was close to the popular waffle area and tables were very close so if someone was fixing their drink or waffle, you had to wait for them to clear out. Maybe if the tables were not so close but that area was in high demand. Such a small thing and very minor.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was a bargain and we weren't sure what to expect. When I entered the lobby to check in, it was spotless and smelled fresh and clean!! Same when we entered our room! The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. There was added color with the many flower arrangements. Easy access to highway 65 and a full breakfast.

located off the highway and near antique stores! inside was clean, staff was real nice. the shower head was refreshing and the air conditioning in the room was great!

I have no negative feelings. If our team makes the baseball tourney again next year, I’ll be back!

Location to all the shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was fantastic.breakfast was great.

We had issues with the TV microwave and fridge would turn off when we turned off the lights. Other than that we would highly recommend this place.

The staff was accommodating & friendly. The breakfast bar was open & operational.

Our room door didn’t lock easily & needed to be checked whenever we left or entered our room, plus the card key didn’t always open the door lock on the first try & often took 3 or 4 tries. The toilet didn’t flush cleanly with one flush & often needed 2 or 3 flushes. There was NO microwave.

this was a very clean hotel. we checked in after midnight and the staff was so friendly and got us into our room quickly and offered us some water and snack. the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable!

The hotel has an amazing fresh smell! Rooms are a little dated but very clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff is what makes this our new favorite hotel to stay when visiting family in Nixa, they are very friendly and accommodating! The heated indoor pool and sauna made this another easy choice to stay. What surprised us was the amazing large FREE breakfast, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, waffles, juices, pastry.

The only thing I do not like about this hotel is the pet fee. We have two small yorkies, I think the $20 per night per dog is a little extreme!
