Hampton Inn Springfield-South

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was pretty good considering it is a continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the front desk was very accommodating.

Many people were not wearing masks and the dining area was not spaced well. The signs say masks required but many guests were not complying and no one said anything. Especially uncomfortable when the elevators are small and people who are not wearing masks get in with you. I understand some people have health issues but most of these people were young athletes and large groups in which no one was wearing a mask. Many were sitting right in front of the desk and nothing was said.

I liked how breakfast was different each day and not the same thing

I didn’t like the outside pool wish it was inside The housekeeper skipped our room to get towels that was messed up and empty trash and replenish towels I had to ask her to do it and take messed up towels to her

The breakfast was very good and the location great for our needs. The staff was very friendly and met answered all our questions.

The bed was very soft and I could used a firmer mattress

The Breakfast were outstanding and that sweet lady in there was so helpful and kind and kept it just so clean and everything full!! The front desk people were so kind and helpful and always talked to us and recognized us when we came in!

There was nothing that we didn't like it was AWESOME!

I love Hampton Inn because it is so reliable. This was not one of the best HIs I’ve ever been in, but it definitely was not worst either. It checked all the boxes on cleanliness, mini-fridge, coffee maker, mouthwash and other toiletries, comfortable bedding, ice machines, vending machines, restaurants nearby (the BBQ place was fabulous!), luggage carts, pool, computers, Wi-Fi, sufficient hangers. All good. The staff was above average in friendliness and and helpfulness, and water on checking in was extra good.

The entrance wasn’t very clearly marked and too bad they didn’t have a little mini store that offered frozen dinners and ice cream. That is my favorite addition at some HIs.

The breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The room was nice and clean. Front desk service was great.

We had two full size beds and they were too small. Definitely need Queen size.

Breakfast was delicious both mornings with a nice selection of options to choose from. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was so great with everything we wanted to do in Springfield just minutes away. Lots of restaurants to choose from and places to shop as well as attractions to go to without having to drive far at all. Great location and will stay there again on our next visit.

No complaints at all

The breakfast was good and the people serving were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Nothing else to say.,

The bathroom in the room was to tight, no room to move around in there. the mirror was too far from the front edge of the sink.

Great pool and staff! Our room was very clean and staff brought us extra towels super fast!

The hall was blocked with laundry carts each morning, but this is to be expected.

The beds were so comfortable! The comforter was far too heavy, but the blanket stored in the closet was just right. Our room was on the top floor and faced the back of the property, so it was quiet.

There isn’t enough seating for weekend breakfast when the hotel is filled with travelers. The staff had some difficulty keeping the breakfast area stocked with food.
